The instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry and entry into the Win a Coles Group Gift Card promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
Promotion commences 1 September 2012 and entries close at 5pm local time on 30 September 2012, and the draw date is on 8 of September 2012.
Entry is open to Australian residents, 18 years of age or older, who are members of the Yates Garden Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on the Yates Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
