2.Entry is open to all teachers who comply with the terms below. Entry is not open to employees of World’s Biggest Screens Pty Ltd and its associated entities or its suppliers, or their families. If participants are under 18 years of age they must first seek permission from a parental guardian. Proof of status as a teacher will be requested before prizes awarded.
3.The promotion is a game of skill and the winner will be judged to be the best response. To be eligible to enter into the draw, you need to complete and submit an online entry form during the promotional period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Competition commences at AEST 9.00am on 6 September 2012 and ends at 5.00pm AEST on 31 October 2012.
5. Prize value is approximately $350 and includes a children’s book pack, with a variety of titles, plsu an IMAX Family Pass valued at up to $88.00.
6.Winning entry will be drawn at 12 noon AEST on 1 November 2012 at the IMAX Theatre Sydney, 31 Wheat Rd Darling Harbour Australia. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing via mail, and the winner's name will be published on the IMAX website. If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place at the above address at 12 noon AEST on 5 February 2011, subject to the relevant laws regarding unclaimed prizes. 7.The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be given to the parent or guardian.

9.The promoter and their associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss or damage what so ever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, either directly or indirectly as a result of entering this promotion, or receiving, accepting or using any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded from law.
