HOW TO ENTER
To enter, customers must simply vote for their favourite fashion store within Burnside Village between Friday 07 August 2012 and Thursday 18 October 2012. Participants can vote either at our website, burnsidevillage.com.au, via our Facebook Page, facebook.com/burnsidevillage or can use one of the iPad’s around the centre to cast their vote.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 9am on Friday 7 August 2012 and ends at 9pm Thursday 18 October 2012.
3. Prize will be drawn at 10.00am on Friday 19 October 2012 at Burnside Village Centre Management 447 Portrush Road, Glenside SA 5065. Winner will be notifed by email.
4. Burnside Village reserves the right, at any time during or after to alter the closing date of the promotion, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who does not follow the terms and conditions set out in this document. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any point does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Entry is open to all Burnside Village customers. Burnside Village employees, store owners and suppliers, sculpturists, retailers and their families are ineligible to enter.
6. In the event of the winner being under 18 years of age, the prize will be given to their parent or legal guardian.
7. Total prize pool is valued at $2,000 (2 x $1,000 Burnside Village Gift Cards with 12 months expiry).
8. The prize must be shared among two people. Each gift card will be made out to seperate people and both must be present to collect the prize.9. No responsibility is taken for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
10. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
11. Burnside Village reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity.
12. All entries remain the property of Burnside Village. Burnside Village collects entrants’ personal details in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering in the promotion and marking the appropriate box, the entrant agrees that Burnside Village may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending electronic messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to Burnside Village at their address set out below.
