Terms & Conditions1. This offer is open Australian residents aged 18 years or over, who participated in the Beaurepaires Goodyear Eagle EfficientGrip competition. This offer is not available to employees of Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres (Aust) Pty Ltd (“Goodyear”) or its subsidiaries, and their immediate families.
2. The promotional period is valid from 20th August – 3rd November 2012.
3. To enter the competition entrants must complete an online entry form at
www.beaurepaires.com.au/efficientgrip-competition and supply their name, email address, contact phone number and answer the question in 25 words or less.

One entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be deleted.
5. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
6. The winner will be selected on Friday 9th November (11:00am) AEST at Level 1, 464 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Vic, 3004. The winner will be notified by email.
7. Entries will be judged based on creative merit, and will be reviewed by a panel of judges from Beaurepaires National Office.
8. The prize consists of 4 x Goodyear Eagle EfficientGrip tyres (max value $4,224 depending on tyre size) to fit the winner’s vehicle. If the tyres are unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the tyres for tyres of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation. The prize value will be dependant upon the winner's vehicle, and any no part of the prize may be redeemable for cash.
9. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
10. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on February 11 2013 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners will be contacted by email by February 18 2013
11. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or original purchase documentation that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant;.
13. Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres (Aust) Pty Ltd shall also be bound by these Terms and Conditions and shall not encourage, persuade, promote, support or in any way assist in their breach
14. The terms of this promotion are as stated here and no other representations (written or oral) shall apply.
