Offer is available to all residents of Australia who subscribe to BELLE magazine during promotional period between 02/09/2012 until 23.59 EST on 03/11/2012 for a minimum period of 12 months. Entry is automatic upon and subject to the correct use of a valid credit card, or, if payment is made by cheque, the cheque must be cleared for payment. Subscriptions are to be made via freecall 136 116 (Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm AEST) or online by visiting
www.magshop.com.au/belle and following the prompts.
The subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time after twelve (12) months by giving one (1) month’s notice. For the sake of clarity, if a subscriber elects to cancel their subscription after their eleventh month of the subscription, they will be charged for (and receive BELLE Magazine Issues for a total of twelve (12) months (6 issues in total). The total charge for the minimum twelve (12) month period will be $49.95.
This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the offer is a gift, only the gift donor (i.e. person buying the subscription) will be eligible to redeem the gift. Gift will be delivered to the delivery address stipulated on the subscription. Please allow 6-8 weeks after promotion close date for gift to be delivered.
Incomplete, inaudible or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Only one entry permitted per person. Only one (1) gift is permitted per person per subscription.

If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any participant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers. Participation in the offer is conditional on providing this information.
