1. To enter this promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period, spend $6 in a single transaction at any Broadway on the Mall food court retailer (Sumo City, KebabAlicious, Nandos, Toninos, Fancy Fillings, Purely Fresh, Yash Indian Cuisine, City Asia Express or The Coffee Club).
2. The Promotion Period commences at 9am on Monday 08 October 2012 and closes at 5pm on Wednesday 31 October 2012 or when 2,000 x $6 discounts have been claimed, whichever is earlier.
3. Customers are entitled to receive one (1) stamp upon spending $6 or more in a single transaction. Stamps are received at the time and point of purchase.
4. One single stamp will be issued per single transaction. $6 discount is available in a separate transaction and may not be combined with the second purchase. ie. if the second transaction totalled $12 one stamp would be issued entitling the customer to a $6 discount in the subsequent purchase. $6 discount is not redeemable in combination with the second purchase.
5. Having received the two (2) stamps on a single frequency card, the customer is then entitled to a $6 (including GST) discount redeemable from any participating food court retailer. Customer must present and surrender the frequency card to the retailer to be entitled to receive the $6 discount.
6. $6 discount can be redeemed as a complete or partial payment of a meal from any participating retailer. No discount or part of this discount is redeemable in cash. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
7. The Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the discount with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Discount offered by the Promoter is in good faith and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8. Participation in this competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to refuse participation or redemption to any entrant that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
9. Employees and their immediate families of Broadway on the Mall, retailers and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; death; any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); or any tax liability incurred by a winner whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
