3.This competition is valid for Western Australian residents over the age of 18 (excluding Fleetspec Hire employees and their immediate families).
Promotion Period:
4.The promotion commences at Midnight (WST) on 26th August 2012 and closes at Midnight (WST) on 30th November 2012 (Promotion Period). Only entries that are received during that time will be eligible for entry.
How to Enter:
To enter, the entrant is required to enter their details located on the competitions tab on the Fleetspec Hire website. Alternative entries can be submitted through Liking Fleetspec Hire on Facebook, Recommending Fleetspec Hire on Facebook, and Following Fleetspec Hire on Twitter or Tweeting about the competition. Fleetspec Hire reserves the right to disqualify any entry where it reasonably suspects that such materials are prohibited by these terms and conditions, any relevant law, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate. This is at the Promoter's absolute discretion and discussions will not be entered into.

Judging of this competition:
6.The winner will be drawn on Monday 3rd December 2012 and the winner will be contacted via email within (2 business days)
7.The winner is final and the promoter will enter into no negotiation.
Prize Details:
8.The prize consists of 2 x return economy airfares flying Qantas, 4 nights accommodation at a 4 star trackside Hotel, 4 day reserved seating and entry to 2013 Singapore F1 Grand Prix and Return airport transfers valued a RRP $5000 AUD ex GST (Max Value).
9.Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter.
Overall Conditions:
10.If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
11.Fleetspec Hire collects personal information about entrants for the purpose of running this competition. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes, and in connection with the publication of any Eligible Entry.
Disclaimer:
If a winner fails to claim their prize within (1 month – 30th December), they will forfeit the prize and another winner will be chosen following the process mentioned under the “Judging of this competition” section of the Terms and Conditions.
