14. For the purposes of the competition it will begin at 8am on the 1st July, 2012 and conclude on the 30th November, 2012 at 5pm.
15. The draw will be conducted on site at BMA, on the 4th December, 2012 at the completion of the Dealer only auction on this day, the draw will be made during the auction sale.
16. To qualify and to be awarded the prize the successful party or principal must be present at BMA at time of the draw, there will be no exceptions to this.
17. All prizes will be delivered and awarded to the principal of the business that is registered with BMA and will be at the discretion of that principal as to disbursement of said prize.
18. The prize is not transferable and cannot be sold to another party.
19. For a dealer to go in the draw they must buy a vehicle at Auction on a Tuesday or Friday. Each purchase gets a ticket in the barrel. Any returns will result in the withdrawal of the entry plus an additional entry removed.
20. No warranty is offered or implied on the vessel or trailer being offered as the prize. Boat is delivered as is where is. Brisbane Motor Auctions will ensure trailer is supplied with a current Safety Certificate.

o Vehicles bought on consignment
o Tickets will not be given against consignment vehicles.
o Tickets are for vehicles purchased at Auction on Tuesdays and Fridays during the period 1st July, 2012 till the 30th November, 2012.
o Vehicles not purchased at Auction
o Vehicles not paid for in full
o Vehicles returned and not finalized
o In the event that you only purchase less than ten vehicles in one month no draw or ticket will provided.
o Any vehicle returned during the competition period will result in the removal of the ticket for purchase and an additional ticket in the buyers name.
23. BMA and AP Motors No2 Pty Ltd will and is not responsible for any tax, GST, FBT or any other levy imposed by any Commonwealth or State body in Australia or New Zealand upon the winner of this competition.
24. Brisbane Motor Auctions and the User and supersedes all previous agreements, proposals, representations, understanding and warranties relating thereto.
