Entry is open to Australian citizens 18 years and over, with exception to staff, directors and family of Action Sports Equipment Pty Ltd, Uncle Bills Pty Ltd, retailers, suppliers and associated companies.
The entrant is required to purchase an Action Sports branded product, not including spare parts and accessories, during the period October 1st 2012 until December 20th 2012. They will then be required to complete all sections of the online entry form at
www.actionsports.com.au which includes their contact details, place of purchase, date of purchase and description of the product purchased. The entrant must also agree to have their photograph taken when receiving their cash prize and agree to have this photograph placed on our website and social media pages and to accept marketing material and the use of their details to be a part of the Action Sports and associated companies data base. These conditions will enable them to enter the draw. One entry per Action Sports branded product purchased is allowed and the winner must supply Action Sports their original proof of purchase docket to claim their prize. The product description and price must be detailed on the proof of purchase and will be verified with the retailer prior to Action Sports awarding the prize to the winner. The prize cannot be substituted or transferred.
The prize given is $10,000 in cash and will be supplied as a cheque to the winner with-in 2 weeks of the draw.
The entries will open at 12.01am on October 1st 2012 and running until midnight December 20th 2012.
The trade promotion will be drawn on Friday 21st of December 2012 at 11am, after the draw is closed at Action Sports Equipment Pty Ltd, 72 Silverwater Road, Silverwater, NSW, 2128. Prizes will be awarded by barrel draw, one winner will be drawn out of a barrel containing the entrants from the promotion. The entrant drawn out will win the $10,000 cash prize. The entrant will be notified within 7 days of the draw and they will claim their prize by Action Sports emailing, writing and calling the entrant and advising them of their win. If the prize is not claimed after 3 months, Action Sports Equipment Pty Ltd will gain permission for a redraw. This redraw will be conducted 95 days after the date of the of closing of the trade promotion, 23rd March 2013 at 11am at Action Sports Pty Ltd, 72 Silverwater Road, Silverwater, NSW, 2128. The winner of the redraw will be notified by within 7 days of the draw and they will claim their prize by Action Sports emailing, writing and calling the entrant and advising them of their win.
