Any entries submitted by agents or third parties shall be invalid and not be accepted by the promoter.
An entrant cannot enter on behalf of someone else.
An entry will be void if it is reasonably deemed by iseekgolf to have been made by an ineligible person or if it is incomplete. iseekgolf may request such information as it considers necessary or desirable for the purposes of verifying eligibility or the validity of any entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until iseekgolf is satisfied with the verification.

The winning entry will be the first correct entry from those who have provided the correct response.
The winner will be notified and then announced on the iseekgolf.com website on Monday 3rd December 2012.

The prize promotion opens on Monday 5th November, 2012 and closes on Monday 3rd December, 2012 at midday (“the Closing Date”). Any entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted by iseekgolf.
The prize is not transferrable. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.
All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. iseekgolf reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
iseekgolf shall use reasonable effort to contact the winner(s) through the means specified in these terms and conditions. If iseekgolf is unable to contact any winner within a reasonable period of such a winner having been selected, or if any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize, or does not respond to communication from iseekgolf within 7 days of receipt thereof, then iseekgolf reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
