Do you have a food allergy or intolerance? If you don’t, I bet you know someone who does.

With food sensitivities seemingly on the increase (or at least awareness of such things being in the spotlight more often) we have started to see more allergen-friendly foods being manufactured. A relief to those affected, I’m sure,  because in the past you pretty much had to make your own food from scratch if you wanted it to be dairy-free/gluten-free/nut-free etc. Nowadays, one can easily pick up suitable foods from the supermarket or speciality stores.

One of the manufacturers of allergen-friendly foods is Eskal Foods (available from the health food section of supermarkets).

“Whether it’s gluten-free, dairy-free, wheat-free, nut-free or reduced sugar products you’re looking for, Eskal has you covered.  “

They have big range of Gluten Free products (including chocolate covered pretzels!),  100% Dairy Free  chocolate, and Nut Free  faux-peanut butter.

I personally tried the regular Pretzels and the Vanilla Tea Biscuits and they were very tasty.

The pretzels taste like regular pretzels; I know that with gluten free bread type products it can often taste a bit weird, but you can’t tell any difference with these pretzels.

As soon as I opened the vanilla tea biscuits, the scent of vanilla immediately wafted out of the pack. They smell delicious. Most plain-ish type biscuits don’t really have a smell, but these smell amazing. They have a nice subtle vanilla flavour and are really good with coffee (or tea, seeing as they are ‘tea’ biscuits, but I am a coffee drinker    ).

Now you get to try some of the range for yourself! I am giving away an Eskal Food Pack containing:

Eskal Gluten-free wafers (1 pack)
Eskal Gluten-free Pasta D’oro (1 pack)
Eskal Gluten-free Pretzels (1 pack)
Eskal Dairy-free Chocolate (1 pack)

Enter via Rafflecopter below, entries close Nov 12th Midnight.
Go for it, give it a tweet!
