2. The Promoter is Jamaica Blue Pty Ltd, ACN 059 236 387, of 424 New South Head Road, Double Bay, NSW 2028, Australia.
3. The promotion will be administered by Slingshot Digital Ventures Pty Ltd, (ACN 150 786 164) of Level 13, 338 Pitt St, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.
4. Entry in the Caribbean Christmas Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 13 except employees and immediate families of Slingshot Digital Ventures, the Promoter and any related entities.
6. The promotion runs from 11.00hrs (EST) 30 November 2012 to 11.00hrs (EST) 14 December 2012 (“Promotional Period”).
7. No entries received later than 11.00hrs (EST) 14 December 2012 will be accepted.
Entry Into Caribbean Christmas Promotion
8. To enter, you must, during the Promotional Period:
a) Be a user of the Facebook platform.
b) Become a fan of the official Jamaica Blue Facebook page (
http://www.facebook.com/JamaicaBlueCafes).
c) Enter the required form provided on the Jamaica Blue Facebook page (
www.facebook.com/JamaicaBlueCafes).
d) The required form will include the question “Tell us in 25 words or less what traditions you share at Christmas?”
e) It is a condition of entry that this question be answered in 25 words or less.
f) The entry statement must be your own original entry statement which must not have been previously published in any forum worldwide.
g) The entry must not be:
i) Late,
ii) Delayed,
iii) Incomplete, or
iv) Incomprehensible
1) The Promoter may disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which places the fair and proper conduct of the competition at risk.
2) The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any lost, late, delayed, ineligible, incomplete or corrupted entries, however this may happen.
3) If you are under the age of 18 you must obtain the prior permission of your parent or guardian to enter.
Details of Determining Winners
4) This is a game of skill not a game of chance.
5) There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant.
6) Entries will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% written expression.
7) Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Details of Prizes
9) The Prize consists of:
a) One (1) Ascaso Dream Up Espresso Machine with an RRP of $899.00
b) One (1) Ascaso I-Mini Coffee Grinder with an RRP of $359.00.
c) One (1) David Jones Christmas Essentials Hamper with an RRP of $199.95
d) One (1) 1kg pack of Jamaica Blue coffee beans with an RRP of $45.00.
10) The total prize has an RRP of AUD$1502.95 inclusive of GST.
11) The total prize pool has an RRP of AUD$4508.85 inclusive of GST.
12) The winners will be drawn at 11.30hrs (EST) 17 December 2012 in the offices of Slingshot Digital Ventures.
13) The winner will be notified at 16.00hrs (EST) 17 December 2012 by email.
14) Any element of the prize is not to be resold for cash or profit in any way.
15) If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation.
16) The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the taking of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17) If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner for the purposes of distributing the prize within two (2) weeks of 17 December 2013, the winner will forfeit the prize entirely and it shall be awarded to the next selected winner in the promotion. The Promoter will not be liable where a winner forfeits their prize.
18) If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
19) Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
20) The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage whatsoever caused by the acceptance of any prize, expect for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
