1. INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions can be collected at the reception desk of TRFM and GOLD1242 - 9
Coonoc Rd, Traralgon, VIC, 3844 and can be downloaded from the website
www.trfm.com.au or
www.gold1242.com.auEntry is open to all Victorian residents however employees and the immediate families of Ace Radio
Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. and participating businesses are ineligible to enter.
2. PROMOTION DATES
Entries open: Monday 3rd December 2012
Entries close: Wednesday 23rd January 2013
Winner drawn: Friday 25th January 2013
3. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners will be encouraged to fill out an entry form and place it in the barrel located at one of the
participating businesses within the promotional period (see attached list).
Entrants are NOT required to make a purchase in order to fill out an entry form. Entrants may enter this promotion in accordance with the entry requirements. Each person may enter
only once per business per day. Multiple registrations will result in the entry being deemed invalid.
Inaudible, incomplete, incomprehensible entries (whichever is applicable) will not be eligible and will
be disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the
promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or
damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter.
Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the
promotion will be disqualified from participating in the promotion and/or redeeming a prize.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotion period, it is the entrant’s responsibility
to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be
directed to the Promoter.
The prize draw will be held on the 25th January 2013 at 9.15am at the TRFM & GOLD1242 Studios - 9
Coonoc Rd, Traralgon VIC 3844. One name will be drawn at random from the pool of entries and that
person will be deemed the winner of the prize (see item:4).4. PRIZE(s)
The prize for this promotion is a brand new 2013 Harley Davidson XL883N, including all on road costs.
Total Prize Value $14,250.00
5. PRIZE CONDITIONS
The promoter does not warrant the merchantability, suitability and/or fitness for purpose of any goods
and/or services awarded as a prize.
No other costs will be included and all expenses (including, but not limited to, the costs of transport to
and from a prize venue and meals cost.)
The prize is non exchangeable, and will be transferred to the winner by the 22/02/2013. The winner
must show sufficient photo identification in order to redeem their prize.
In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and
no substitute will be offered.
Prize is not redeemable for cash.
It will be the winners responsibility to take out all relevant insurance which may be required or prudent
to be taken (at their own cost).
The promoter reserves the right to exclude any persons from the promotion on the ground of their
medical condition or history, for the safety of the promoter’s staff members or others or for any other
reason, for example bringing the promoter’s brand into disrepute. The promoter also reserves the right
to disqualify contestants if:
(a) a contestant at any stage engages in, causes or incites physical violence (e.g. punching, slapping),
inappropriate, illegal, unsociable or unsafe behavior; and/or
(b) the safety of any of the Promoter’s staff member is compromised.
6. NOTIFICATION
The prize winner will be notified via phone and in writing. The name of the winner will also be
published online at
www.trfm.com.au and
www.gold1242.com.au on the 29/01/13 and will remain for
28 days
7. PUBLICITY MATERIALS
It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicize, broadcast and communicate to
the public the names, characters, likenesses or voices of any entrants for any promotion or matter
incidental to the promotion.
Entrants consent to their entry being read out on air and/or to their telephone and other conversations
with the promoter being broadcast on air and communicate to the public on the website/s.
Entrants may be required by the promoter to participate in photo, recording, video and/or film
session(s) (the “publicity materials”) and acknowledge that the promoter has the right to use such
publicity materials in any medium (including, without limitation, the internet) and in any reasonable manner it sees fit, unless that person advises the promoter at the time of entering the promotion that
he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity.
Entrants also acknowledge that the publicity materials may be provided to the prize provider for the
purposes of promotional display.
8. MINORS
If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the prize winner’s parent
or legal guardian on behalf of the winner. No further correspondence will be entered into.
9. DECISIONS FINAL
All decisions and actions of the promoter relating to the promotion and/or redemption of the prizes are
exercised accordingly at its absolute discretion and are final. No discussions or correspondence with
entrants or any other person will be entered into.
