ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Between 6:00am Monday 3 December and 9:00am Thursday 20 December, 2012, listeners will be invited to register their Christmas party on the NXFM website (
www.NXFM.com.au) or via the studio line (13 10 60) for their chance to have Heath & Normy drop in to help celebrate.
ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Contesting will commence at 6am on Monday 3 December, 2012 and will close at 9am on Thursday 20 December, 2012 (“Promotional Period”).
Heath & Normy will attend parties/events between 10am on Wednesday 5 December, 2012 and 3pm on Wednesday 19 December, 2012, for an approximate period of 30-45 minutes each.
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.
During the contesting period, listeners will be invited to register their party or event either on the NXFM website or via the phone in the studio (13 10 60), and NXFM representatives will select at random parties for Heath & Normy to attend.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Promotional Period in accordance with a direction from the state regulatory department
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- NSW (calling from within the Newcastle/Hunter regional telephone exchange area)
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. The winner must also fall into the suppliers regulatory considerations.
Entrants must have permission from the account holder to enter a phone number into the competition.
Entrants must have permission from the party or event host/organiser to enter the party into the competition.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $5,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
1. Heath & Normy will solicit for people to invite them to silly season parties (work drinks, long lunches, school fetes etc) over the 3-weeks leading into Christmas via telephone (13 10 60) and via the NXFM website at
www.nxfm.com.au.
2. Each weekday between Wednesday 5 December and Thursday 20 December 2012, Heath & Normy will visit different parties/events, dropping in, meeting, mingling and dropping off a present to each host (and inviting them to attend their own end of year “do” – a Santa Run to visit 3 hospitality establishments in one evening between 5-9pm)
3. Heath & Normy will be on-site at each party for no more than 45 minutes. They will attempt to attend a minimum of 12 x events.
ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS
The details included in the registrations on the website and via the telephone will enable NXFM representatives to select parties based on specific details. Ie. Number of people attending, location, type of event, etc.
ITEM 10: DRAW DETAILS

ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS Heath & Normy will attend as many Christmas parties as possible. The host of each party will
receive one kilogram of prawns on arrival, and an invitation to Heath & Normy’s own Christmas
event “The Santa Run” on Thursday 20 December, 2012.
At each party, NXFM representatives will hand out raffle tickets to each attendee, and that raffle
will be drawn before Heath & Normy leave.
The prize for these raffles will be an NXFM CD pack valued at up to $90.00. There will be a
minimum of twelve (12) raffles taking place across the promotion.
ITEM 12: PRIZE WINNER
PUBLICATION DETAILS
Selected party hosts will be notified when their party has been selected as a stop of Heath &
Normy’s Christmas Party Rush. The winner of the raffle at each party will be notified at the time
of winning at the party.
Each party host will be invited to the Santa Run and will be contacted by an NXFM representative
with further details of the event after Heath & Normy have attended their party.
ITEM 13: UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
DATE AND PUBLICATION DATE
Any unclaimed prizes from NXFM will be forfeited after Thursday 20 December, 2012. The tickets
are valid until the date of the event. If these have not been claimed before the validity date, they
will be forfeited by the prize winner and no replacement prize will be offered.
ITEM 14: OTHER CONDITIONS Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. The winner must also fall into the suppliers regulatory
considerations.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. All tickets must be used for the time and
date advised, and no discussion will be taken into by NXFM to make any changes.
All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in
this regard.
