Registrations will open at 6.00am (WST) on Monday 14th January 2013 and will close at 11.55pm (WST) on Sunday 20th January 2013.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend the registration period at its own discretion in accordance with state legislation.

Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- Western Australia
- Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
During the Registration Period, listeners will need to go to the website and register their details including but not limited to the following information:

(d) Postcode;
(e) Contact Telephone Number;
(f) Email address.

Entrants may enter as many times as they wish and each entrant will give contestants one (1) Entry into the prize draw. Entries will be accepted throughout the entire duration of the Registration Period.
All successfully registered entrants will go into the draw to win a prize. The draw will take place in accordance with Item 10.

ITEM 10: DRAW DETAILS The prize draw will take place at 9.00am (WST) on Monday 21st January 2013
at Mix 94.5 of 450 Roberts Road, Subiaco WA 6008. The draw will be an
electronic random draw. The first eighty (80) Entries drawn will win a prize.
Subject to State regulations, in the event that the Promoter becomes aware
that the same person has been selected as a prize winner more than once,
the Promoter will cause another name to be drawn / selected in their place.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS There are a maximum of eighty (80) prizes to be won.
Each prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:

Total maximum value of each prize: $30.00 (x 80)
Total maximum value of all prizes: $2,400.00
All prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the
