We’re celebrating 50,000 Facebook fans, and what better way to share the love than to celebrate those who have come along on the Huggies journey? So in honour of that, we’re celebrating our fans – YOU – by giving away 100 prizes.

• Draw 1 – Entries received from the commencement of promotion to 14th February 2013 will be drawn and winners announced by 15 February 2013

Terms and Conditions

Celebrating 50,000 Huggies® Fans Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Celebrating 50,000 Huggies® Fans Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences 14 January 2013 at 10:01 AEDT and closes 18 June 2013 at 23:59pm AEST (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 13 years who have a Facebook account and who are fans of the Huggies® Facebook Page. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. Any questions or comments regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

Entry

5. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
6. To submit an entry into the Promotion (Entry), the entrant must during the Promotion Period:
(1) log onto their Facebook account or join Facebook at www.facebook.com;
(2) visit the official Huggies® Australia Facebook page at www.facebook.com/HuggiesAU (Huggies® Facebook Page);
(3) click on the ‘Like” button on the Huggies® Facebook Page to become a fan of the Huggies® Facebook Page (if the entrant is not already a fan of the Huggies® Facebook Page);
(4) click on the 50,000 promotion tab on the Huggies® Facebook Page;
(5) correctly enter all information requested for entry into the Promotion including:
(a) personal contact information; and
(b) a response in 25 words or less to the question “What do you love most about the Huggies® Facebook Page?” (Entry Response);
(6) confirm your contact details are correct on the following page; and
(7) click the ‘Enter Promotion’ button to submit the Entry before the end of the Promotion Period.

Judging of Entries

7. The Entry must be the sole work of the entrant.
8. Entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
9. Once an Entry has been received by the Promoter it will be reviewed by the Promoter to determine validity. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of Entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or for submitting an Entry that is offensive, inappropriate or not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry (as determined in the Promoter’s absolute discretion). The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any Entry if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion (as determined in the Promoter’s absolute discretion). The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
10. An entrant may submit one Entry per day during the Promotion Period. However, each Entry must contain a new Entry Response.

The Draws

11. All valid Entries received during an Entry Period will be individually judged by an expert panel appointed by the Promoter on the relevant Judging Date as set out below having regard to the overall quality of the Entry Response, literary composition, creative merit, novelty, and originality at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point, NSW 2061:

4. 00:01 AEDT on 17 April 2013 to 23:59 AEDT on 17 May 2013
5. 00:01 AEDT on 18 May 2013 to 23:59 AEST 18 June 2013

Judging Dates
1. 10:00 AEDT on 15 February 2013
2. 10:00 AEDT on 18 March 2013
3. 10:00 AEDT on 17 April 2013
4. 10:00 AEST on 20 May 2013
5. 10:00 AEST on 19 June 2013

Prize

The winners will be determined as follows:
(1) The first 10 best Entry Responses as determined by the expert panel on each Judging Date will each win a prize (Major Prize).
(2) The next 10 best Entry Responses as determined by the expert panel on each Judging Date will each win a runner up prize (Huggies® New Baby Gift Pack).
12. Each Major Prize consists of 1 Huggies® VTech® Baby’s laptop valued at $59.95 RRP. Each Major Prize includes 2 x AA batteries. There are 50 Major Prizes to be won, 10 in each Entry Period.
13. Each Huggies® New Baby Gift Pack is valued at $24.99 RRP and consists of:
(1) 1 pack of Huggies® Newborn Nappies (18 per pack);
(2) 1 tub of Huggies® Fragrance Free Baby Wipes Tub with Disney Designs (80) per pack);
(3) 1 pack of Huggies® Change Mats (4 per pack); and
(4) 1 Huggies® branded nappy wallet.
14. There are 50 Huggies® New Baby Gift Packs to be won, 10 in each Entry Period.
15. The total Prize pool is up to a maximum of $4,247.
16. The values of the Prizes are accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion and based upon the recommended retail prices at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
17. A maximum of one Prize may be won per entrant during the Promotion Period.
18. Each winner will be notified by phone and in writing via email within 5 days of the relevant Judging Date. Winner’s names will also be published on the Huggies® website (www.huggies.com.au). Winners who cannot be contacted at the email address or phone number provided in their Entry will be disqualified.
19. If any Prize is not claimed by 5 August 2013, the winner will forfeit his or her Prize. The Promoter may award a forfeited Prize to the next best Entry Response as determined by the expert panel appointed by the Promoter. The winner of any unclaimed Prize will be notified by phone and in writing by email by 9 August 2013.

General

20. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
21. The Promoter and its associated agencies accept no responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected Entries.
22. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
23. Any Entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will be void.
24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of entering and participating in the Promotion. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
25. The Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
26. If, for any reason, this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the Prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
27. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject however, to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities.
28. All Entries and any intellectual property rights subsisting in the Entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. By entering this Promotion, the entrant consents to the Promoter and the Promoter’s agents, licensees and assigns infringing moral rights in any works in the entrant’s Entry for an indefinite period of time by:
(1) not naming the entrant as the author of an Entry Response and naming the Promoter or an employee of the Promoter as the author; and
(2) amending or modifying (whether by changing, adding to or deleting / removing) any part of an Entry Response.
29. The entrant must comply with any requirements for the use of Facebook and his / her Facebook account.
30. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. The entrant understands that they are providing their personal information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Any information provided by the entrant in connection with this Promotion will only be used for the Promoter’s communications. By entering into this Promotion the entrant agrees to release Facebook from all liability in relation to this Promotion.
31. The Promoter requires the entrant’s personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the entrant does not provide the mandatory personal information requested then the entrant will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by participating in this Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at http://huggies.com.au/privacy. The Promoter may use an entrant’s personal information for future marketing purposes if consented to by the entrant. An entrant may access and correct any of their personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
32. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

34. These Conditions of Entry are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
