1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating,
entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these
conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the
Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter tell us in 25 words or less what you love about the new Snack Attack promotion
and why.
4. You may enter as many times as you wish but you will be only eligible to win once.
5. The promotion commences at 9.00am ACST on 04/02/2013 and closes at 12.00pm ACST
on 17/03/2013 (“Promotional Period”). All entries received after 12.00pm ACST on
17/03/2013 will not be included in the draw.
6. The first creative entry chosen will be deemed the winner and receive the prize. The
winner will be determined at 11.00am ACST on 03/04/2013 at 209 Fullarton Road,
Eastwood SA 5063.
7. There are 10 prizes to be won. Prize consists of a Wendys Large Mega Choc Shake voucher
RRP $6.70. Total RRP value of prize = AU$67.00. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be
payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
All other ancillary costs including but not limited to travel insurance, taxes (excluding
GST), meals, drinks, transfers, spending money and other transport and any and all other
expenses are the responsibility of the Prize winner.
8. The Prize must be used within 12 months.
9. The winner will be notified by phone within 2 days of the draw and in writing within 14
days of the draw.
10. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is
final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
11. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the
Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written
directions from the lottery authorities.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address
and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this
promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The
Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information,
fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this
promotion.
13. Before the prize is awarded, the winner and any other person sharing the prize with the
winner may be required to sign an agreement to release the Promoter from, and
indemnify the Promoter against, any loss, damage or injury arising from the use or
participation in the prize, except to the extent any loss, damage or injury is due to the
negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter.
14. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that
they are the winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration
for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting
any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
15. By completing this entry form, you acknowledge and consent to the assignment of any
copyright and associated rights in the entry form to the Promoter. All entries become the
property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable
