2.WHO CAN ENTER?:
2.1Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open only to all residents of Queensland. Must be able to show upon request proof of residency e.g. Drivers Licence.

Major Winner must be of sixteen (16) years or under2.3Employees and their immediate families of Nationwide News Pty Ltd, trading as Quest Community Newspapers and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3.HOW TO ENTER:
3.1The competition period commences on Tuesday February 5, 2013 at 00:01am (AEST) and concludes on Thursday February 14, 2013 at 11:59pm.
3.2To enter the draw for the prize/s as outlined in section 4, entrants must go to
www.couriermail.com.au/questnews and submit the online entry form on the competitions page including the entrant’s full name, address, postcode, day contact number and email address.
3.3Entrants may only enter in the competition once per valid email address.
3.4Phone and email entries are invalid and will not be accepted.
3.5The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify an entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with the terms and conditions.
4.PRIZES
There is one (1) Major Prize Winner who will receive the below prize package:

•One (1) tea party for the Major Winner and nineteen (19) guests (nine (9) children and ten (10) adults) on Sunday March 3, 2013 at Event Cinemas Garden City OR Event Cinemas Chermside. Venue is to be determined by winner prior to Monday February 25, 2013 before 10am.
•Entry for Major Winner and nineteen (19) guests (nine (9) children and ten (10) adults) to see ‘Tangled’ on Sunday March 3, 2013 at the chosen venue.
•Ten (10) x small fountain soft drinks and ten (10) x large fountain soft drinks
•Ten (10) x small popcorns and ten (10) x large popcorns
•One (1) x novelty makeover for the Major Winner consisting of one (1) Disney Princess costume, one (1) tiara, one (1) purse, one (1) necklace and one (1) ring
•Nine (9) gift bags consisting of one (1) Princess Tiara, one (1) Cinderella necklace, one (1) purse, one (1) set of Disney Fairies fairy wings, one (1) Disney Princess Film Festival Guide Book and one (1) set of collector cards
RUNNER-UP PRIZE X 10
•One (1) x double-pass to one (1) Disney Princess Film Festival session at any participating Event Cinemas or Birch Carroll and Coyle cinemas location, visit princessfilmfestival.com.au for participating cinemas
•One (1) x Disney Princess Prize Pack consisting of one (1) Disney Princess tiara, one (1) Cinderella necklace and purse and one (1) set of Disney Fairies fairy wings.
TOTAL PRIZE POOL APPROXIMATELY $2,000 Including GST.
4.1Prize not redeemable for cash or any other services. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then the prize or any element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash.
4.2Major Prize is valid for screening of ‘Tangled’ only at Event Cinemas Garden City OR Event Cinemas Chermside on Sunday March 3, 2013 only. Major Winner is required to advise preferred location prior to Monday February 25, 2013 before 10am. Additional guests cannot be added to the prize. The prize will commence at 9:00am on Sunday the 3rd of March 2013 at selected location. Prize offering, time, date and chosen location cannot be changed in any way.
4.3Children tickets as part of Major Prize are valid for use by persons of sixteen (16) years or younger.
4.4Runner-up double pass to Disney Princess Film Festival is valid for the duration of the Disney Princess Film Festival season only. Valid for the following films only; “Tangled”, “The Princess and The Frog” or “Cinderella” and for only one session of one film, at one location. Passes expire on Sunday March 17, 2013. Double-pass is valid for use by either adults or children.
4.5The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event of that any prize item is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. All other expenses, other than those outlined in the terms and conditions are the responsibility of the prize winner.
4.6A redraw for any prize, if unclaimed, may take place on Friday, February 22, 2013 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner/s, if any, will be notified in writing and or phone within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw.
4.7In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
5.HOW TO WIN
5.1Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draws. All draws will take place at Nationwide News Pty Ltd, trading as Quest Community Newspapers, Mayne Road, Bowen Hills Qld 4001 at 10:00 Friday February 15, 2013.
5.2The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.3All other expenses, other than those outlined within these Terms and Conditions, are the responsibility of the winner.
5.4The winner/s may be announced in Quest Community Newspapers (subject to the Editor’s decision).
6.NO LIABILITY
6.1In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State Legislation.
6.2Nationwide News Pty Ltd, trading as Quest Community Newspapers and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3Nationwide News Pty Ltd, trading as Quest Community Newspapers and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
6.3.1during the draw;
6.3.2whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw; or
6.3.3in the participation in any prize;
6.3.4as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
6.3.5due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compare, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
6.3.6in relation to failure of an entry form to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
6.3.7arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any internet network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion;
6.3.8Due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
6.4Nationwide News Pty Ltd, trading as Quest Community Newspapers and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.
6.5If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to State Legislation.
