3. Instructions on how to enter this competition and other details contained within the advertising material for this prize draw form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Competition entry is limited to Western Australian residents only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
5. Entrants can only enter the competition once.
6. Competition commences on the 18/01/2013 and closes on the 03/03/2013.

9. The prize winner will be drawn at the office of Australia’s Coral Coast, Suite 4, 1298 Hay Street, West Perth WA 6005, at 12:00pm on Friday, 08/03/13.
10. The winner will receive: two nights accommodation at the Pinnacles Edge Resort, a sea lion tour for two people with Jurien Bay Charter n Dive, a Shack Attack tour for two people and a $150 fuel voucher. The prize winner will receive a letter from Australia’s Coral Coast which specifies prize and booking details.
11. Prize travel is subject to availability, not valid during school and public holidays and travel must be completed before 08/03/2014, otherwise it will be forfeited. This prize cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offer and is valid for two people only. Additional travelling companions will be subject to additional charges.
12. The prize does not include travel insurance, spending money and any other costs of a personal nature not specifically included in these Terms and Conditions.
13. Australia’s Coral Coast and prize partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
14. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize-winner and his/her nominated travel companion. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use them as stated. The prize is not redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person. There can be no changes made to travel arrangements once tickets or vouchers are issued and the booking is made.
15. The prize winner will be notified by Australia’s Coral Coast by email on 08/03/13.
16. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. Prizes will be sent to the winner’s nominated address and the Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion take no responsibility for prizes mailed to winners who have supplied incorrect name and/or address details. 18. In the event the prize is unavailable or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of similar value. 19. Officers and employees of Australia’s Coral Coast, Tourism Western Australia, and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. 20. Australia’s Coral Coast and suppliers of prizes shall have no liability, in negligence or howsoever, for any accident, loss, illness, injury, damage, or inconvenience suffered by any individual or property arising out of or after the prize draw. 21. Entrants details to this competition may be used by Australia’s Coral Coast for future marketing and promotional purposes. 22. If, for any reason this competition is not able to run as planned including infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter [subject to any written directions given under the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA) or other applicable state legislation] reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
