This competition is solely promoted by Specialty Balloon Printers Australia and is in no way affiliated with any other company.

Residential Restrictions: Residents of Australia only.

Entry Guidlelines: All Entrants are simply required to fill out the online form found at http://www.specialtyballoons.com.au/e-promo/ (1 entry per valid email address only). In doing so, entrants agree to receive promotional email correspondence from SBP via the contact information supplied. Entrants will be provided with, in accordance to the SPAM act, the ability to opt out of email correspondence, however, only subscribed entrants will stay eligible for the final draw.

Competition Period: Competition runs from Feb 14th 2012 to Feb 14th 2013.

Draw Details: The overall prize draw is conducted on the 14th February 2013, or the nearest working day. The draw prize is a base model MacBook Air.

Notification of winners: The winner’s name will be posted on the SBP website along with instructions on claiming their prize.

Prize Claim Date and Time: Any prize/s must be claimed by midnight at the end of the month they are announced in. If any prize/s is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date and Time, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws on the Unclaimed Prize.

Unclaimed Prize Draw Date: Draws for unclaimed prizes are done on the next working day immediately after the claim date cut-off. Winners are published to the SBP website as per the standard draw.

General: We accept no liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions where such failure is due to the circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we waive any rights available to us under these terms and conditions on one occasion that does not mean those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
