Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
This Competition is being run online at http://www.facebook.com/ARB4X4 during the Promotional Period.
The Competition commences on 29 January 2013 and concludes on 29 March 2013 (Promotional Period).
The promoter of this Competition is ARB Corporation Ltd (ACN 101 504 045) of 42-44 Garden Street, Kilsyth, Victoria 3137 Telephone: 03 9761 6622 (Promoter).
Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter, the associated companies and contractors of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
The Competition is open to entrants aged 18 years or older who are ordinarily residents of Australia.
Each entrant may submit one entry per person.
People may enter the Competition by following the instructions within the official Competition app on ARB’s Facebook page.
The prize consists of 20 prize packs each valued at approximately $500 (Prize). The Prize is subject to any written conditions provided with the Prize.
The winners of the Competition will be determined by the ARB Marketing Department, located at 42-44 Garden Street, Kilsyth, Victoria 3137.
The winner of the Prize will be notified by email and/or telephone within two business days of being determined/selected. The name of the winner may also be published on the Promoter’s Facebook page within two business days of being determined/selected.
The Prize will be delivered to the winners.
The Prize awarded may not be exactly as illustrated in displays or marketing for the Promotion.
Prizes or any unused portion of a Prize, are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If any Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize equal to the value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, prize claims and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or prize claim that is not in accordance with these terms.
