To enter, entrants must log on to www.nwonline.com.au, follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested details including your full name, address, telephone number, email address, a recent full-length photo of yourself and answer in 25 words or less “Which celebrity would you like to look like the most and why?” and then submit the fully completed entry form.


Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this promotion, the entrant confirms that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and deems to accept them.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia, aged 18 years and over, and who are able to take the prize as offered. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion commences 04 March 2013. Entries close at 17:00pm AEDST on 31 March 2013. The judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The judging will begin on 1 April 2013 at the Promoter’s Premises, 54 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing using the contact details given in their entry.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
5. To enter, entrants must log on to www.nwonline.com.au, follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested details including your full name, address, telephone number, email address, a recent full-length photo of yourself and answer in 25 words or less “Which celebrity would you like to look like the most and why?” and then submit the fully completed entry form.
The photograph must be one clear, non-professional colour photograph, a maximum of 2MB and a maximum of six (6) months old. Unclear or black photographs will not be accepted. Entrants must obtain consent from the any parties pictured in the photograph to submit their entry.
6. Only one entry permitted per person.
7. This is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary, creative merit of the answer to the question provided and suitability to the promotion. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. The Entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original artistic work of the Entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third parties. If the entry or any part of the information provided to the Entrant in relation to the entry was provided by a third party, the Entrant warrants that they have obtained the relevant copyright permission to submit the entry for the purposes of this promotion. The entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
9. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for future promoter’s or their agents book publications, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. The promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
10. Entries must not be offensive, defamatory or racist.  Any entry which the judges deem inappropriate will be invalid.  The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12. All entrants warrant that consent that their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photographs, film and/or recording of the same) to be used in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
13. All photographs submitted become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant agrees to assign all of their rights, title and interest (including copyright) in and to their photographs (including negatives) to the Promoter. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that (a) each photograph submitted is an original artistic work of the entrant which does not infringe the rights of any third party, (b) that the photographs submitted are of the entrant or (c) if entering someone else, has obtained permission from that person to submit the photographs for the purposes of this promotion, and (d) if other parties are pictured in a submitted photograph, that the entrant has obtained all necessary permission to submit the photograph for the purposes of the promotion. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entrants’ photographs for any purposes at its discretion, including using the photographs for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, without further remuneration.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
15. The best (1) entry, as determined by the judges, will be deemed the major prize winner, and will receive:
• A professional NW photo shoot with the opportunity to be featured in NW magazine for the winner only,
• A one-on-one make-up session with a professional make-up artist and NW’s style team for the winner and their companion
• Two (2) x Designer Brands beauty pack valued at up to $100.00,
• two (2) x return economy flights from the winners’ nearest capital city to Sydney (if required), valued at up to $2,000.00 (including taxes, depending on point of departure)
• one nights’ standard  twin share accommodation for two adults at Vibe Sydney, including buffet breakfast for two (2) people, late check-out and two (2) x house cocktails, valued at $480.00 – awarded in the form of a letter/voucher
• Dinner for two (2) people at Curve Café & Bar valued at up to $100.00 – awarded in the form of a voucher. Any additional costs over the $100.00 limit, is the responsibility of the winner. 
The total prize pool is valued at up to $2680.00. (Including taxes, depending on point of departure)

If the winner is from NSW, the flight component of the prize will not be included. No cash or other prize will be awarded in lieu for the flight component to the winner.
16. Prizes do not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner.
17. The prize must be redeemed in full and as package by 1 October 2013. The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. Blackout periods may apply. At the time of winner notification the Promoter will advise on travel dates to the winner to choose from. The type of hotel room will be determined by the promoter in its complete discretion and subject to availability at the time of booking.
18. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the major prize winner agrees to be interviewed, photographed and filmed at any time during the time of redeeming the major prize and the acceptance of the prize by the Promoter or their agents for a story or feature on this promotion to be developed and featured in NW magazine, website or social media page (or any other form of media it deems suitable) without further remuneration or reference to the participant. The inclusion of any such feature (including but not limited to creative control of the feature) will remain with the Promoter at all times.
19. If the major prize winner is unavailable to travel on the dates stipulated by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit the prize which they are unable to redeem. In the event that the winner is unable to redeem the prize on the dates stipulated by the Promoter, and the winner is unable to transfer the prize to a nominated person, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor another prize will be awarded in lieu of the forfeited prize. In the event that the entire prize is forfeited by the winner, the Promoter will award the prize to the next valid entry judged.
20.  The winner and their companion must be 18 years and over to redeem the prize.
21. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that any aspect of the NW photo shoot of the Park Street studios is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled or relocated for any reason whatsoever.
22. The winner (and their companions) are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs.  Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
23. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses (including travel to and from the departure point) become the responsibility of the winner.
24. The two (2) flights must be utilized at the same time, for the same travel dates, to the same destination.
25. Transport to and from Departure point including but not limited to additional Domestic airfares if required, any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional accommodation, personal spending money, and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companions. Prize also excludes medical expenses, items of a personal nature, beverages, optional tours not outlined, laundry, telephone calls, additional nights, room upgrades or other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize other than those specified. These costs and expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Any extension to the duration of the prize is at the winner’s sole expense and subject to availability at the time of booking.  For the removal of doubt, taxes for domestic travel are included in the prize winning domestic airfares provided by the Promoter.
26. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be requested to present their credit card upon arrival at any hotel to cover all incidentals they may incur including their stay at that hotel.
27. Prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.  In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass/ letter, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass/ letter. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass/ letter that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of prize at a venue is subject to the standard rules and regulations of that venue/s.
28. Any extension of the stay in Sydney (including costs) will be the responsibility of the winner.
29. Products included in prize package (including but not limited to titles, colour, design, sizing, model, finish, style etc) will be determined by the promoter in its complete discretion. All prizes must be taken as offered.
30. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
31. In the event that a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various Lottery Departments.
32. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late lost or misdirected mail (including but not limited to prizes).
33. The Promoter is not responsible nor liable for any prize damaged in transit in the delivery of their prize
34. All elements of the prize are subject to availability with no cash alternative and the prize package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Winner(s) cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the prize (in whole or in part).
35. If winner is unable to fulfill prize during time period, winner forfeits the prize package with no compensation or further liability of the promoter.  Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
36. In acceptance of the prize, the Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the prize which are the entire responsibility of the winner.
37. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
38. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
39. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
40. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees,  the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
41. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
42. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
43. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion is governed by the Privacy Notice (see Contents Page for location in this issue).
44. By entering this promotion, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the promotion, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
