Unclaimed Prize Draw Date and Publication Date The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted between 06:30pm and 07:00pm local time on 4 Apr 2013. This will be generated electronically via a computer program from the remaining entries in the draw.
Any winners of prizes will be published on the website.
Prize Claim Date Prizes must be claimed 7 days from the winner being notified.
Prize Delivery Prize/s will be posted to you by mail unless otherwise stated in the Summary of competition.
These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the "General Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" of Let's Win Something. The promoter is Let's Win Something ABN 97 524 149 964 of Level 10, 50 Market Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over in VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, WA and NT that satisfy the entry requirements above. Entry limited to 1 (one) valid entry per person.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related entities, franchises and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants/email or address details and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter also reserves the right to verify the validity of memberships and to disqualify any member who tampers with the membership process or who joins in a manner or method not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions governing the use of letswinsomething.com.au. Only one account per person is permitted.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Promotion commences 14 Mar 2013 18:30 AEST and closes 21 Mar 2013 18:30 AEST. The draws will be conducted between 21 Mar 2013 18:30 AEST and 21 Mar 2013 19:00 AEST
The first name and last name of each winner together with the suburb and state in which they live will be posted on letswinsomething.com.au /
www.facebook.com/LetsWinSomethingAU with winners notified by email and/or phone within 2 days of the draw date.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter shall not be liable for a prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the prize is subject to any relevant terms and conditions of the prize provider (including those outlined above). No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prizes must be claimed by the winner within 7 days after being notified.
If prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter will conduct an Unclaimed Prize Draw between 06:30pm and 07:00pm local time on 4 Apr 2013. Any winners of prizes will be published on the website.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Any costs associated with accessing letswinsomething.com.au is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as

If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
