Home cooking made easy. That is what grabbed my attention first when I heard about the Jamie Oliver HomeCooker. I love home cooked meals but sometimes life can get in the way of a home cooked meal and sometimes the thought of standing there cooking over a hot stove for a couple of hours is just to much!
The HomeCooker was designed to simplify the cooking process and make home cooked meals for the family as easy as possible. My favourite feature of the HomeCooker before I even started using it was the stirring arm. It is like having an extra pair of hands in kitchen and after a month of using the HomeCooker it is still my favourite feature.
It makes it a lot easier to cook something over a long time and I found it stirred consistently and evenly. However the HomeCooker is more than just the stirring arm!
It has the ability to:
Cook meals for all times of the day, from Breakfast through to Dessert
Cook pasta and also steam vegetables in addition to meals cooked in the main pan
Consistently cook at the right temperature and cook food evenly
Be left to cook while you attend to other things
The HomeCooker features:
A large 3L pan with measurements on the inside – Makes easily enough food for our family of 4
A variable digital temperature which can stay at the exact temperature for how long you want
The ability to have the arm stirring or not stirring
A timer which can go to 99 minutes. It can count up from when you start something (I used it to see how long something like boiling water would take etc so I could use that time as guide next time) and count down and beep when it has cooked for the recommend time.
Automatic shut down when you have reached the count down time

To claim the prize, the winner/s must reply to the winning notification email within three (3) months.
