National Pharmacies is offering members the opportunity to win one of 5 Jurlique "Field of Roses" Prize Packs.
Entrants must be a financial member of National Pharmacies, and complete the online entry form.
The competition will start on 29 March 2013 and will go through until 22 April 2013.
Terms and conditions:
1. Entry into this draw is deemed acceptance of and agreement to these rules.
2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of the conditions of entry.
3. Entry into this draw is open to National Pharmacies members, excluding employees and their immediate families of Friendly Society Medical Association Limited and their associated agencies and companies.
4. Only financial National Pharmacies members can enter this competition. To enter, members must fill out an entry form online at
www.nationalpharmacies.com.au by midnight 22nd April 2013.
5. Entrants will be put into the draw and the competition will be drawn at the promoter’s premises, Level 1, 52 Gawler Place Adelaide. Five winners will be drawn.
6. Each "Field of Roses" prize pack is valued at $179*. (*Valued by Jurlique)

8. The winners will be drawn randomly and notified by telephone on Tuesday 23 April, and their names posted on the National Pharmacies website.

10. All entries remain the property of the promoter.
11. Any change in the value of the prize occurring between publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
