For your chance to win a Breville Smart Toaster (valued at $180), simply answer this question before 5pm, Wednesday 24 April: What do you best enjoy on your toast?

Breakfast is without a doubt the most important meal of the day – It might be an old wives tale, but I’ve been brought up on the idea and still live by it today. It’s your first meal and it will fuel you for the day ahead.

I love breakfast as there are so many options for what you can eat; toast, cereal, muesli, fruit, pancakes, bacon and eggs, juices, coffees and teas, the list goes on. I feel there is a bit of a difference between ‘weekday breakfast’ and ‘weekend breakfast’ due to the time and effort spent preparing these.
