This competition commences on 17 April 2013 and ends on 13 May 2013. Entries must be received by 13 May 2013 at 23:59 EST. Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Entry is limited to one per person. Any additional entries citing the same email address will be disqualified. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

Total prize value is approximately AU$3,500 ($2,500 travel and accommodation and $1,000 surfboard). Prize not valid for travel during school holidays. All major prize elements are valid until 31 March 2014. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited. Should the prize or an element of the prize be unclaimed, a new winner will be determined no earlier than 21 May 2013 and no later than 18 June 2013.
The prize winner and their companion are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, service charges, and all other ancillary costs.
The prize winner and their travelling companion must travel at the same time, depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport between their place/s of residence and the departure/arrival airport in both directions.
It is the traveller's and their companion's personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the travellers.
Entrants consent to the Promoter, Quiksiler and World Surfaris using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are the winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter, Quicksilver and/or World Surfaris.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if a prize is for some reason unavailable.
