ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Registrations will open from 6.00am on Monday 29th April 2013 and will close at 11.59pm on Sunday 12th May 2013.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Registration Period at its own discretion in accordance with State regulations.

ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of: - Queensland
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
During the Registration Period, the Promoter will solicit for listeners to enter the Competition by joining the Music Jury. Listeners will be required to register their details on the website and complete an online survey.
Existing members of the Music Jury website will also be placed in the draw to win the prize.
The draw will take place in accordance with Item 10: Draw Details.

The prize draw will take place at approximately 9.00am on Monday 13th May 2013 at 4MMM of 309 North Quay, Brisbane QLD 4000.
The draw will be an electronic random draw and a maximum of fifty (50) entrants will be drawn to win a prize as detailed below.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS
There will be a maximum of fifty (50) major prizes in total. The prize will consist of one (1) of the following:
- One (1) x Double Invitation to the Triple M preview screening of The Hangover Part 3 Tuesday 21st May 2013 at Event Cinemas Indooroopilly Shopping Centre (366 Moggill Rd, Indooroopilly)

The prize only includes what is listed in Item 11. Any additional or ancillary costs associated with this prize are the responsibility of the winner.
All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Triple M takes no responsibility if aspects of the prize are faulty, in this instance prize winners will not be awarded with any replacement or consolation prizes.
All prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
If the winner is unable to attend the screening on the date and at the time specified by the Promoter they shall forfeit the prize and not be entitled to any compensation in lieu.
Winners and guest undertake the activity at their own risk.
Winner and guest must adhere to the conditions of the venue and failure to do so may result in removal and forfeiture of the prize without compensation.
