Only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and participating retailers, and the agencies and companies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
The promotion commences on 1 May, 2013 and concludes on 30 June, 2013 at 11:59pm AEST ("the Promotional Period").
Each specially marked Blu-ray or DVD purchased at participating retailers during the Promotional Period entitles the customer to redeem a single child movie voucher to a screening of EPIC, upgrade to 3D and 3D glasses are not included.
Claimants must be 18 years of age or over, or must have their parent/legal guardian claim on their behalf. Claimants are required to complete an online registration form at the Website providing requested details; including the six (6) character unique code which can be located on the back of the sticker available on the specially marked Blu-ray and DVD packs. Online registrations must be received during the Promotional Period. Upon validation, claimants will be able to print off one (1) single child movie voucher entitling the claimant to a screening of EPIC at any of the participating cinemas listed on the Website.
Multiple claims permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) claim permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with claim requirements; (c) only one (1) unique code per claim is permitted; (d) the same unique code cannot be used more than once; (e) unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid. If the claimant cannot print off their voucher they can call 1300 325 422 for assistance.
A. Each voucher is valid for the redemption of one (1) child ticket to screening of EPIC as listed on the Website including those designated as No Free Ticket sessions up to the value of $14.00. B. Voucher price excludes 3D/Real D and VMAX surcharge which is in addition to the voucher price and payable by the claimant. C. The voucher is valid for a single use only. D. Any costs in excess of the $14.00 voucher must be covered by the consumer (e.g. 3D glasses). E. If voucher is lost it cannot be replaced. Void if resold. F. No reproductions will be accepted. G. No change will be provided to consumer. H. Not valid for Gold Class, alternative content, special events or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. I. Vouchers can only be redeemed through the ticketbox. J. Redemption for admission is subject to availability. For participating cinemas and further information please visit the Website.
Voucher expires on 31 July 2013. Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable, their validity cannot be extended, nor can they be exchanged for cash. Offer is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual offer and service providers. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Voucher is not to be used/redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, including reduced priced movie tickets or other free ticket offers.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Claimants should retain flyer containing unique code for proof of purchase. Failure to provide proof of purchase when requested may in validate any claim. Only one (1) claim permitted per specially marked Blu-ray and DVD purchased in participating retailers during the Promotional Period.
If the offer (or part of the offer) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the offer (or that part of the offer) with an offer to the equal value and/or specification, as appropriate.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional Website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
