Sportscraft Facebook Competition -
Win tickets to the 2013 Lions Tours (First Match) for you and three mates 1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions are to prevail. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only
open to Australian and New Zealand residents, who are 18 years of age and over, who ‘like’ the Sportscraft or Sportscraft Man Facebook pages (
www.facebook.com.au/sportscraft or
www.facebook.com.au/sportscraftman) - and remain a fan - during the promotion period. Entrants must also provide a response to the question “
Tell us in 25 words or less why you're the Qantas Wallabies biggest fan?”(“Eligible Entrants”). Employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families) and its agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 9am (AEST) Mon, 27 May 2013 and
closes at 11.59pm (AEST) Thursday, 13 June 2013 (“Promotional Period”).
4. The entries will be judged at 12pm (AEST) on Friday, 14 June 2013 at 830 Elizabeth St Street, Waterloo NSW 2017. The winner will be notified by phone & email by 5pm Friday, 14 June 2013. The winner will be posted on the Sportscraft and Sportscraft Man Facebook pages on Monday, 17 June 2013.
5. There will be one winner. The best entry will receive one prize. Sportscraft will send the winner their Qantas Wallabies v British and Irish Lions match tickets by express post by Wednesday, 19 June 2013. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide correct and complete address details so the prize can be posted. If the winner fails to claim their prize, they will forfeit the prize (and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu), and another draw/s will take place on Monday, 17 June 2013 at the same time and place as the original draw, until a winner is able to accept the prize as stated. The second chance draw winner/s will be notified by phone & email on Monday, 17 June 2013. The second chance draw winner’s details will be posted on the Sportscraft and Sportscraft Man Facebook pages on Tuesday, 18 June 2013.
6. Prize details for winner include:
If the winner is an Australian or New Zealand resident who lives in New Zealand, NSW, ACT, Victoria, WA, SA, NT or TAS the prize will include:

4 x Platinum tickets to the Qantas Wallabies V British and Irish Lions first Test Match at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on Saturday, 22 June 2013 - valued at $1,180
• 4 x economy return airfares from the winner’s nearest Australian or New Zealand capital city to Brisbane (the winner and their guests must travel together on the same flight). Maximum total flight value of $2,000 or less depending on departure location.
• 2 nights’ accommodation in 2 x Deluxe 2 bedroom apartments at The Quest, Spring Hill. 2 people in each apartment (in 21 June 2013, out 23 June 2013). Total maximum value $1,300
• 4 x $300 Sportscraft gift vouchers.
Total value maximum retail value of the prize, depending upon the winner’s point of departure, is $5,680
If the winner of the Major Prize is a QLD resident their prize will include:

7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. The winner will be contacted using the winner’s details included in their Facebook competition entry. The promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect details included in the winner’s contact information. Any ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. If a winner is unable to utilise the prize they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be drawn, and no compensation will be paid in lieu.
8. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other goods or services nor can it be re-sold. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value, performance, or availability of any prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize for a prize of equivalent or greater retail value if, for any reason beyond the Promoters control, the Promoter are not able to give the prize-winner the advertised prize, subject to State legislation. Any incidental costs relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. The winner (and their companions) are responsible for all expenses including but not limited to spending money, transfers, meals, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, insurance, taxes, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. The winner (and their companions) is also responsible for ensuring that they have suitable travel insurance for the travel period. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is strongly recommended by the Promoters.
10.Any fees, taxes, surcharges, and/or service charges are the responsibility of the passengers. All Fees are payable via credit card and are non-refundable.
11.Travel arrangements to and from home and airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner (and their companions).
12.Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at hotel check-in for incidental charges.
13.All elements of the prize must be taken together.
14.The winner is responsible for the payment of any applicable airline excess baggage fees or other fees, taxes and surcharges.
15.The name on the airfare bookings must appear exactly as written in your official identification and that of your traveling companions. The Promoters are not responsible for denied boarding or any re-issue costs charged by the airline due to an incorrect name supplied to the Promoters.
16.The Promoter is not responsible for any inconvenience or any costs or fees incurred by airline flight delays, lost luggage, cancellation or disruption of air service. Air transportation is subject to the terms and conditions of the airline’s terms and conditions. You agree to abide by such terms and conditions including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due. You understand that any violation of any such rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) and/or in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services.
17.To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable to any person for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
18.The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or a consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
19.The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from incorrect details lodged by entrants.
20.The Promoter reserves the right (subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies and any applicable law subject) to vary the rules of any competition or any prizes offered or cancel any competition if it is no longer able to run the competition due to reasons beyond its control. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.
21.The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including (but not limited to) any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
