9.The prize consists of a family pass (2 adults 2 children) tickets to The Wiggles: Taking Off. Tickets are only valid for the date and time specified on the received correspondence. This will be either the 12.30pm Saturday 1st June 2013 Perth show or the 12.30pm Sunday 2nd June 2013 Perth show. Tickets are neither transferrable for another date nor redeemable for cash. Valued at $130.
10.The winners of the competition will be selected by random choice on Tuesday 28 May 2013 at Community Newspaper Group, Perth.
11.Directors and employees of Community Newspaper Group Ltd including their immediate families, its agencies and companies associated with the competition are ineligible to enter.
12.The promoter and the judges will not be liable for any losses or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with the Promotion, the use of the prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the promoter, the judges or their respective agents, employees and contractors.
