Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
By entering the competition you are signing up to the Chef's Armoury VIP list to receive email news updates from Chef’s Armoury. If you do not wish to receive these emails you can unsubscribe at anytime.
Limit of 1 entry per natural person. The entrant will receive 1 entry joining the Chef’s Armoury VIP list. The entrant may already be an existing VIP member.
Under no circumstances will the Promoter sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

The Prize is 2 x Saji Steak knives up to the value of RRP$490. Prize value is in Australian dollars. The prize value is not redeemable for cash.
Any entrant who is proven to have illegitimate personal details registered at the time of the draw is deemed ineligible to win.
All entrants must live in Australia and have an Australian residential address.
The competition commences on Tuesday 9 April, 2013 2am AEST and concludes on Saturday 8 June 2013 11:59pm AEST. All entries become the property of the promoter.
The Winner will be drawn on Tuesday, 11 June 2013 4:45pm at Chef's Armoury, 251 / 747 Botany Rd Rosebery NSW 2018.
The determination of the Winner is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. The Prize cannot be transferred.
The Promoter will not be held responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, interrupted communications or unavailable network server or other connections, failed telephone, mid-delivery or computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost due to change of address or contact details, and there are no replacement prizes.
Subject to any written directions given under the applicable law, if for any reason, the competition is not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition, then the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
No employees, relatives or associates of Chef's Armoury or it's agencies can enter the competition.
The Winner shall be notified by email, and upon confirmation of the Winner's contact details, the Winner’s name will be published on Chef's Armoury's Facebook and Twitter pages.
Prize Winner must consent to take part in any post competition publicity, without payment. The winner agrees to be photographed by the Promoter. Images will be used by the Promoter at their discretion.
The Promoter requires the entrants's personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the entrant does not provide this personal information then they will not be able to take part in the competition. All personal details of the entrants will be stored in the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any Prize/s, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize Winner does not accept the Prize, it will be forfeited.
The Prize Winner will be notified by email on Wednesday 12 June 2013 and will have need to confirm their identity and other relevant information before 5pm AEST Monday 17th June 2013 in order to claim the prize. If no reply is received within this time then the Prize will be re-drawn on Thurday 20th June, 2013 at Chef’s Armoury, 251/747 Botany Rd Rosebery NSW 2018.
The Prize Winner will need to send a copy of their photo ID to claim the Prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a Winner if the Winner has breached any of the Terms and Conditions.
