No purchase is necessary to participate. Eligibility This promotion: AntiOx Winter Snack Bar Giveaway is conducted by Vitality Brands Worldwide. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to claim their free bar. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter, form part of these Terms and Conditions. To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and must be a citizen of Australia or New Zealand. Vitality Brands employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children. Entry to the Promotion commences at 9am on May 29 and closes at 9am on June 20, 2013. Securing your free bar To receive your free AntiOx Snack Bar, you must: a) Fill in your details. b) Tell us in 25 words or less how you plan to stay well this winter. c) Like AntiOx on Facebook. Bars will be sent to the address you have specified within 30 days of the promotion closing (by July 20, 2013). No responsibility will be taken for bars lost in the mail or unclaimed bars. A maximum of 2,000 bars will be given away. If this limit is exceeded before the promotion closes (June 20, 2013), the promotion will be taken down. Inappropriate Content Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. We retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content. Rights Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
