TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

SWISSPERS SLEEP NAKED COMPETITION

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents, aged 13+ who are registered as 'liking' the official Swisspers Australia fan page on Facebook during the time of the promotion or earlier. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

4. Multiple entries per person are permitted as long as each is original in concept. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

5. Promotion commences Monday 27th May, 2013 at 3.59PM AEST. Entries close Wednesday 12th June 2013 at 4:59pm AEST.

  6. The prize will be sent out to the address provided in the entry form. Please allow for up to 28 working days for receipt of your prize.

7. The judging will be conducted at 105 Vanessa Street, Kingsgrove, NSW 2208 on Thursday 13th June 2013. Winners will be notified via email. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. To enter, participants must subscribe, or be subscribed, to the official Swisspers Australia fan page on Facebook, and submit an entry via the supplied form, including a response to the following: "What do you think is the best reason to remove make-up at night and why?”

9. There are three (3) winners in total. The winners will each receive one (1) x Deshabillé pyjama set valued at AUD RRP $99.95 inc. GST; one (1) x Swisspers Naturals Aloe Make-up Remover valued at AUD RRP $10.99 inc. GST; one (1) x Swisspers 20 Round Make-up Pads valued at AUD RRP $1.19 inc. GST and one (1) x Swisspers Travel Pack Cleansing Wipes valued at AUD RRP $1.25 inc. GST. Total prize value is AUD RRP $113.38 inc. GST.

10. The total prize pool is AUD $340.14 inc. GST. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
