1. This information on how to enter the competition form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions.
2. The promoter is Terry White Management Pty Ltd, 50 Park Road, Milton QLD, 4064. ABN 38136833620.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents only, who are over the age of 18 years. Employees, (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or a Terry White Chemists store or of the other agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter, individuals must purchase any baby or children’s health product (excluding infant formula) at any Terry White Chemists store or online at
www.terrywhitechemists.com.au and then visit
www.terrywhitechemists.com.au/babycomp to enter the receipt number, place of purchase - store name or online and their personal contact details. To be valid all mandatory details on the entry page must be completed. Incomplete entries will not be eligible.
5. A baby or children’s health product includes nappies, toddler formula, baby accessories, baby toiletries, children’s vitamins or wipes. The following exclusions apply: Infant formula and any prescription or over the counter medicine.
6. Individuals may enter the draw once only per single transaction where a baby or children’s health product has been purchased. All entries will be downloaded and placed in a manual draw. The winners receipt details and products purchased will be verified at the time of the draw.
7. The competition commences at 9:00am on Thursday 13th June 2013 and closes at 11:59PM on Wednesday 10th July, 2013. Entries received after this time will not be included in the competition.
8. The prize draw will take place at Terry White Management, 50 Park Road, Milton QLD 4064 at 1pm on Friday 12th July, 2013. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize once verification has been confirmed. The winner will be notified by telephone for 7 days after the draw. The winner will also be announced on the competition landing page:

Toddler Formula: The prize includes 48 cans of toddler formula. The winner may choose from 1 of the following

Total prize value is based on the recommended retail price as provided by the suppliers. Total prize value is up to the value of $3,802.51ex GST AUD and is dependent on the formula selected by the winner.
10. If the winner is a member of the Terry White Chemists Rewards Plus program before entering the competition, the prize also includes 5,000 Rewards Plus Loyalty Program bonus points. To be eligible to win the bonus points, at the time of entering the competition, entrants must have signed up to the Rewards Plus Loyalty program (available at selected Terry White Chemists stores). To become a member of the Rewards Plus program, customers can sign up at selected Terry White Chemists stores. A Rewards Plus membership number must be provided at the time of submitting entry into the competition.
11. If the winner is not a member of the Terry White Chemists Rewards Plus program, this part of the prize will not apply and is not exchangeable for cash, products or any other form of reward.
12. The prize will be available to pick up from the winner’s closest Terry White Chemists store. A suitable time for collection of the prize will be arranged between Terry White Management, the store deemed the closest to the winner and the winner.
13. The prize (with exception to Toddler Formula and Nappies as defined above) must be collected by September 13th 2013. The complete prize (all Accessories & Vitamins, Toiletries, Nappies and Toddler Formula as defined above) must be collected by November 30th 2013.
14. Any additional costs (if required) in order for the prize to be redeemed, including travel to collect the prize, courier services and transportation will be the winner’s sole responsibility.
15. If the prize (all Accessories, Vitamins and Toiletries as defined above) is not claimed after three months of the draw (with exception to all nappies and toddler formula as defined above), the winning entry will be deemed invalid the promoter may, subject to the requirements of relevant state authorities, conduct further draws as are necessary to distribute the prize. The date of the unclaimed prize draw, if required, will be September 16th, 2013 at the same time and place as the first draw.
16. The draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
17. All entries become the property of the promoter. The promoter collects the personal information on the entry form provided by entrants in the competition for the purpose of the competition. By entering the competition, each entrant acknowledges a further primary purpose of collection of entrants personal information may be used for direct marketing, to contact entrants with marketing information and to market improve and add to products and services that may be of interest to entrants. The promoter may share information with third parties who provide services to the promoter. By entering the competition and opting in at the point of entry into the competition, each entrant agrees that the promoter may use the entrant’s personal information in this way.
