The Promoter (Rosbert International Pty Ltd) presents this promotion in good
faith and shall in no way be liable for any failure on their part to complete the
program, which may result from any cause whatsoever.
Participants are defined as anyone who willingly submits their details via the
promotion website at http://www.headcaddyskigiveaway.com.au/
All Participants in the Caddy Ski Giveaway Promotion must complete the official
entry form available on the promotion website.
In order to register as a Participant in the promotion, entrants will be asked to
enter their first name, surname and email address and phone number. Upon
registering, the Participant will automatically gain one ticket into the
promotion.
After registering, the Participant will be asked whether they would like to
forward the promotion details on to a friend. For each new email address that
the Participant refers via the promotion website, the Participant will be given
one more ticket into the draw.
A “new” email address is defined as an email address that has not already been
allocated a ticket into the draw.
By entering the promotion, the Participant agrees to the program terms and
conditions, and gives permission for the Promoter to contact them using the
details entered.
The Promotion will begin 1st May 2013 and finish at midnight on 1st October 2013.
At the conclusion of the Promotion, all tickets into the draw will be printed and
put into a barrel. One winning ticket will be drawn out and the Participant
contacted to arrange delivery of the prize.
The final draw will take place 12pm on 3rd October 2013 at 209 Grange Rd,
Fairfield, Vic 3078, and the winner will be announced in the Australian newspaper
10th October.
The prize giveaway to the promotion winner will be a pair of HEAD Caddy Skis &
set of Tyrolia Attack 13 Bindings with a recommended retail value of $999.00.
The Caddy Ski is available in lengths of 171cms, 176cms and 181cms. When the
winner is drawn, the Promoter will contact the winner by phone and by email
informing them they have won and the winner will be asked to select which length
they would like the ski in. The Skis & Bindings will then be shipped to the
winners desired address. The bindings will not be mounted. (Inc MB Wragg & Co)
The winner of the draw will be given three (3) months to claim their prize. If
the winner cannot be located or contacted, or cannot claim their prize for any
reason, a redraw will be conducted and a new winner announced. If required, the
redraw will take place at 12pm on 3rd January 2014 at 209 Grange Rd, Fairfield,
Vic 3078 and the new winner will be contacted by phone and email informing them
of their prizes.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend any part of the program at any time and
to extend or terminate the Caddy Ski Giveaway Promotion without prior
notification. In this event, the Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss
or damage suffered by Participants resulting from such withdrawal, cancellation,
variation or change.
It is the responsibility of the Participant to advise the Promoter of any change
of contact details.
