2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Ltd, MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, Trafalgar Tours, Virgin Australia and their associated agencies and companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Monday 17 June 2013 at 9.00am AEST and concludes on Thursday 20 June 2013 at 1.00pm AEST (“the Competition Period”),
3.2 In order to enter the Competition, viewers must watch The Morning Show throughout the Competition Period (“the Program”) on the Seven Network where there will be a Competition segment aired during the Program (or any replacement program broadcast in The Morning Show timeslot).

4.3 Thewinnerandtheirtravellingcompanionsareresponsibleforallotherexpensesincludingbutnotlimitedto meals, in-room video, energy surcharges, excess baggage, incidentals, tips, service charges, spending money, travel insurance, visas and transfers (other than those specified), activities, tickets or passes, room service, telephone calls, mini-bar items, laundry services, insurance, excess payable on insurance claims, passports and visas (ifapplicable).
4.4 Travel insurance is not included in the prize and is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

4.9 Valid for travel to 30 June 2014. Black-out dates may apply for certain periods and will apply for Australian school holidays based on state of departure. Travel during peak periods and embargo periods may be res tricted.
4.10 Theprizemustbetakenasstatedandnocompensationwillbepayableifawinnerisunabletousetheprize stated. Iftheprizeisnotutilisedby30June2014itwillbeforfeited.
4.11 Travel must be booked no later than 90 days prior to travel and is subject to availability at time of booking.
4.12 Travel is for a period of no more than 60 days in the case winner and companion request an extension of the travel. Anyflightticketswhichremainunusedaftertheexpirydateshallbedeemednullandvoid.
4.13 The Trafalgar and Virgin Australia prize winners and their travelling companions must travel on the same flight, at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for their own transport and costs associated with their travel from their residence to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth for flight departure to New York City. For residents of Northern Territory, Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania a connecting flight and costs associated with their travel from their residence to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, Adelaideor Perth will be theresponsibility of the winner.
4.14 ThePromoterwillnotbeliableforanycostarisingfromorotherwiserelatedtodelaysorcancellationstothe connecting flight(s) booked by the winners, either to or from the nominated capital city. All booking and costs related to obtaining, amending or otherwise concerning the connecting flight(s) to/from the nominated capital cityare theresponsibility of the winners.
4.15 Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable or exchangeable. The travel companions nominated by the Trafalgar and Virgin Australia prize winners, once nominated are not transferable.
4.16 A valid passportis required for all international travel. The name on theairfare bookings must appear exactly as written in the winner’s passport and that of the winner’s travelling companion. The Promoter, Sponsor or Agent is not responsible for denied boarding or any re-issue costs charged by the airline due to an incorrect namesupplied.
4.17 Travelrestrictionsmayapply.Dates(airfares,eventsandaccommodation)aresubjecttoavailability,andmay not be taken during public holidays. The winner and their companion may not accrue frequent flyer points or othercreditsorpointsassociatedwithanytravelloyaltyprograms. Prizescannotbeusedinconjunctionwith travel discounts or special offers. Any extension or variation of the travel dates nominated by the Promoter or Agent will be at the cost and responsibility of the Winner. Any requests to extend or vary travel arrangements must be made in writing and must be received by the Promoter (or Agent) prior to time of booking. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation or amendment fee, at the costandresponsibilityof thewinner.
4.18 Loungeaccessisnotincludedinthis prizeandnoFrequentFlyerpointwillbeaccruedas partofthisprize.
4.19 The Trafalgar and Virgin Australia prize winners are responsible for ensuring that all those travelling have valid passports and applicable visas. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of any passport or visa not being produced in time for travel. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the Trafalgar and Virgin Australia prize winner’s nominated travel companion cannot travel becauseofnon-compliancewithanypassport,visaorimmigrationrequirements.
4.20 The winner agrees to abide by any prevailing terms and conditions of any airline, accommodation, transport provider, services provider, transfers provider, travel insurance provider, tour or ticket providers, and in particular, any health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. No compensation will be payable by the Agent of the Promoter if a winner or their travel companion, are unable to useany element of the prize as stated for whatever reason, including ejection, delay, refusal of entry into or departure into the United State of America or participation in certain activities for health, age, behaviour or safety reasons. Any tickets, passesorvouchersissuedaspartofa prizearesubjecttotheprevailingtermsandconditionsofuse,areonly valid for use within the stated duration on the tickets, passes or vouchers issued, and are not replaceableif lost, stolen or damaged. Any part of a prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited by the winner.

4.23 Flights and the Trafalgar Tour are subject to availability at the time of booking and embargo periods. The prizeisnon-transferableandcannotbeexchangedforotherdestinations. Therewillbenocreditgivenifthe full valueofprizeisnotutilised.
4.24 Itistheresponsibilityofthewinnertoenquireaboutlocalissuesandconditionsatdestinationsbeforetravel. The Promoter and Trafalgar Tours make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner. 4.25 The Promoter is not responsible for any illness, injury or property damage that affects the winner while undertaking the travel prize.
4.26 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. 5 HOW TO WIN
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause3 will be entered into the draw.

5.3 ThedrawwilltakeplaceatMNetMobilePtyLtdLtd,Level1,16AnsterStreet,AdelaideSA5000onThursday 20June2013at4:45 pmAEST.
5.4 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.5 The winner may be announced in The Morning Show. The winners will be notified by phone call within 2 business days of the draw and a letter advising winners of their prize will also be mailed out. The winner’s details will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 1 July 2013.
5.6 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondenceregarding the result.
5.7 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolutediscretion.

6 NOLIABILITY
6.1 Inthecaseoftheinterventionofanyoutsideact,agentoreventwhichpreventsorsignificantlyhindersthe Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State Legislation.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, Trafalgar Tours and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
