2. Acceptance of the Terms
2.1
Please
read the Terms carefully before you enter the Competition.
2.2
Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms, and the Terms will become
binding on you when you enter the Competition.
3. Conditions of entry
3.1
Information on how to
enter the Competition forms part of the Terms.
3.2
Entry is open to residents of Australia only, aged 18 years and over.
3.3
Those persons ineligible to enter shall be:
(a) Employees of the Promoter;
(b) Family members
associated with any employees of
the Promoter; and
(c) Any entity associated with the Promoter in the conduct of its business.
3.4
Entry to the Competition is online only in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Terms.
3.5
Incomplete entries to the Competition will be deemed ineligible and
will be discarded.
3.6
The Competition is open for the duration of the Promotional Period only.
3.7
Any entry to the Competition received outside of the Promotional Period will be deemed
ineligible and will be discarded.
3.8
By
entering into the Competition and accepting the Terms, you are agreeing to your name being
published in accordance with paragraph 7.3 of the Terms.
3.9
Only one entry is permitted during the Promotional Period.

5.2 The Prize is not transferable.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to alter the contents of the prize pack based on availability of

This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no
part in determining the winners.
All entries
will be judged individually on their merits based on originality and creativity. The best entries as
determined by the judges, will win a prize.

The judges’ decision on eligibility to enter the Competition is

If prize is not claimed within

month of the draw date
and unclaimed prize draw will be
conducted one month after the draw date.
6.5 Prize
will be shipped to the Winner on confirmation of postal address.
6.6 The Winner’s name will be published on

7.1
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any Prizes
damaged in transit.
7.2
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death howsoever
caused, that is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential losses) or for
personal injury that is suffered or sustained by any Winner
or any other person, or otherwise
suffered or sustained in connection with participating in the Competition, as a result of taking or
making use of any of the Prizes, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or
any person associat
ed with any of them, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7.3
It is a condition of accepting one of the Prizes that the Winner may be required to
sign a legal
release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1
All entries become the property of the Promoter
and may be reproduced on Wagner Australia’s
website or Facebook page.
8.2
All entrants acknowledge by accepting the Terms and entering into the Competition that:
(a) They assign all i
ntellectual property rights attaching to their entry to the Promoter, to
be used by the Promoter as it shall choose in any promotion, advertising or other material to be
produced by the Promoter; and
(b) They shall have no further claim to any licence or
other fee for the use of any intellectual
property rights then claimed by the entrant to the contents of their entry.
8.3
Each Winner will indemnify the Promoter for any loss it may suffer of whatsoever kind should it
be established that the Winner has b
reached the copyright of any other entity and any claim is made
as against the Promoter by the lawful copyright owner.
8.4
The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this
competition is governed by the privacy
notice.
8.5
The Promoter will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in
performance of, any of its obligations under the Terms that is caused by an event outside of its
control, which includes but is not limited to: industrial
action by third parties, civil commotion,
natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
