RULES AND REGULATIONS
Promotion starts on 5th August 2012.  Promotion closes on 4th August 2013.
Promotion runs every Thursday and Monday evening from 6pm every 30 minutes until 10pm.
Hot Cash is drawn every Thursday evening from 6pm and Monday evening from 6pm.
 
Promotion starts at $24,000 due to the jackpot amount continuing on from the previous TP number, therefore the total prize pool for this promotion will be up to $128,000. If the Jackpot is not won by the end of the promotion, this amount will be rolled over to the next Badge draw.

On each draw date one member’s badge number will be randomly selected from the number
randomiser.  The number will be displayed on the televisions throughout the club and announced over the PA system within the Hellenic Club (in Woden and in the City).

Members must present themselves at reception within 3 minutes of being drawn to claim their prize. Members may opt for $1200 cash with the remainder as a cheque, or the full amount as a cheque. If not claimed another number will be randomly selected 30 minutes after that draw and so on until the end of the draw.

Should the number randomiser fail on the night of a draw, there will be no further draws that night and Hot Cash will increase by $1,000 on the next draw day.

Monday and Thursday draws will take place:
6.00pm – draw 1 • 6.30pm – draw 2 • 7.00pm – draw 3 • 7.30pm – draw 4 • 8.00pm – draw 5
8.30pm – draw 6 • 9.00pm – draw 7 • 9.30pm – draw 8 • 10.00pm – draw 9

If not won, the prize pool jackpots by $1,000 each Monday and Thursday until won. Once the jackpot has been won, all subsequent draws on that day will be for $1,000 with the draw starting at $10,000 the following week. 

Open to financial members of the Hellenic Club of Canberra only, which includes both the Woden and City premises. Members must be a financial member at the time of the draw.  Member must be present to claim their prize. The winner’s badge number will be published in the Canberra Times within 6 days following the draw.

Management’s decision is final. No staff member, club contractor or their staff is eligible to enter.  The promoter is the Hellenic Club of Canberra. ABN 44 008 485 523 For the information of members. 

This badge draw is an on-going draw which will continue on these grounds until management advises otherwise.
