Instructions on how to claim form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.
Entries are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister or 1st cousin.
Competition commences on 24.06.2013 and ends on 31.07.2013 ("Promotional Period"). Final online claims close/last mail must be submitted by midnight 31.07.13.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or misdirected, or for illegible entries. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid

Entrants must nominate a hand washer and tell Haier in 25 words or less, "Why you deserve to win a Haier dishwasher?" when submitting their online entry. The most creative answer, as determined by the Promoter in the Promoter's sole discretion will win one (1) Haier Dishwasher DW12-TFE4, either in white (DW12-TFE4WH) or stainless steel (DW12-TFE4SS) finish of the winner's choice, maximum RRP $499. The prize includes delivery within Australia but does not include installation. Entries will be judged on Friday 9th August 2013 at 11:00AM at Haier Head Office. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Winners will be notified by phone and will be published on the Haier website by Friday 23rd August 2013. It is the responsibility of the winner to redeem the prize; however this prize must be redeemed by Friday 6th September 2013. If the prize, or any part of the prize, is not claimed within this time, the competition will be deemed invalid and the prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Multiple entries are not permitted.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide the correct details for the delivery address.
The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other goods. If any prize chosen is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the prize offered or these terms and conditions and in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition at any time without prior notification. No claim may be made against the Promoter, or any of its agents, contractors, employees or other representatives in connection with such change or cancellation.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and Facebook (including their officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of property); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) participation in the offer.
The Promoter (or its associated or affiliated companies or third parties who have licensed its brands to the Promoter or contributed to the application) (Content Owner) own or license from third parties all application content. All application content remains the sole property of the applicable Content Owner and is protected under all relevant copyright, trade mark and other applicable laws. Nothing on the application should be construed as granting any license or rights to use or distribute any application content, without the Promoters express written agreement or of the other applicable Content Owner.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant marks the appropriate box on the entry form, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any requests to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

By participating in the Competition, the winner agrees to provide the Promoter with a digital photo of the winner with their prize installed in their house, within 1 week of the appliance being installed and consents to the Promoter using their entry and all photographic material for the purpose of this Competition as well as for other advertising and marketing purposes without approval or compensation for an unlimited time period.
This offer is not applicable to trade (commercial) or wholesale suppliers.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales courts.
