Win a Suzuki Kizashi Competition Terms and conditions
1.This competition is a promotion run by RACQ Operations Pty Limited ABN 80 009 663 414 (“Promoter”).
2.Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. The competition is open to residents of Queensland, who are RACQ members that purchase from a ReMember to Save partner and enter online at racq.com/win during the competition period and who are current RACQ members at the time the competitions are drawn.
4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related entities and agents of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition period commences at 12:00am on 1 July 2013 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 December 2013 (Competition Period). The Competition Period will be divided into 6 months (Competition Month), as follows, and each monthly competition during the competition period will be drawn as follows. It is a requirement that the entrants during the competition period have current membership with RACQ at the time the applicable monthly competitions are drawn. Entries will be verified and all ineligible entries will be disqualified.

There will be 6 winners in each competition month that will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will receive in order of draw for each competition month:

10.Competition Final Grand Prize
The Final Grand Prize will be chosen at random from all entries received during the competition period. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner of the Final Grand Prize will receive a 2013 compliance plate and build automatic Suzuki Kizashi XLS Prestige valued at $35,990. The Final Grand Prize will be available to be picked up from Suzuki Queensland, 23 Chapman Place, Eagle Farm, QLD 4009. In the event that the winning member is unable to pick up the Final Grand Prize from its location, it will be delivered to the member’s address in Queensland at a mutually appropriate time.
The Final Grand Prize will include dealer delivery, stamp duty and all initial on-road costs (including 12 months RACQ comprehensive insurance provided by RACQ Insurance Ltd).11. Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. Any change in the value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date that the prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
12. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and are subject to all relevant terms and conditions.
13. Winners will be notified by email, phone or mail. Competition results might also be published in RACQ Club enews, RACQ website, social media, The Road Ahead and other channels at the Promoters discretion. Prizes will be posted or couriered to winners as appropriate.
14. If a competition winner is unable to be contacted within 2 weeks of the draw a redraw will occur. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 10.30am on the fourth Monday of every month at RACQ headquarters, 2649 Logan Rd, Eight Mile Plains, Qld and redraw winners will be notified by email, phone or mail using the email address, telephone contact number or mail address that the winner provided when they entered the competition.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
16. The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition, and to periodically keep entrants informed about the goods and services provided by the Promoter, related entities and its service providers. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause. The Promoter may use or disclose entrant’s personal information to related entities or other appropriate third parties in accordance with its privacy policy available on its Internet.
17. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in Queensland as may be required.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize(s) or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person insert to the prize winners and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winners.
