Terms and Conditions - Win a Wholefood with Jude Blereau Prize Pack Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes the entrants’ acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated, are ineligible to enter.
Independent Consultants, Group Leaders, Branch Managers and Area Managers constitute employees for the sake of this promotion. They are ineligible to enter. Extended family members are authorised to participate.
The promotion commences at 16:00 AWST on 20 August 2013
and closes at 23:59 AWST on 17 September 2013.
To enter, participants must: become a fan of Thermomix in Australia, by clicking 'like' on the Facebook page and remain a fan for the length of the competition;
answer the question ‘Tell us in 150 characters or less what your favourite wholefood recipe is and why?’ and
fill in personal contact details in the fields provided.
Entries are limited to one per person on Facebook and any double entries will be removed from the prize draw.
There will be three prize winners chosen by a judging panel based on the criteria in clause 5.
The judging will take place at 14:00 AWST on 19 September 2013.
The winners will be contacted on 20 September 2013 via email. Once the winner has been contacted, their first name and initial will be published on the Thermomix in Australia Facebook page by no later than 27 September 2013.
Each winner will receive a Thermomix prize pack consisting of; a Wholefood Baking cookbook signed by Jude Blereau (please note this book contains conventional recipes and not Thermomix methods), a Thermomix cookbook stand, a Wholefood with Jude Blereau recipe booklet and a Thermomix Eco-Shopping Bag.
The maximum total retail value of the prize pool is AUD $309. The prize pack may vary depending on stock availability. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. By entering the promotion, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use entrants' names and suburbs, and the winners’ name, suburb and photographs in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, in any media without notice, any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
All entrants will be added to the Thermomix in Australia database and will begin receiving regular communications from the Promoter.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any participant (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received, or are otherwise interfered with, due to problems beyond the control of the Promoter.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to applicable legislation.
