Terms and conditions apply. The“Hamilton Island Getaway” Promotion commences at 9.00am on Thursday 1 August 2013 and ends Thursday 31 October 2013. The draw will be conducted on Friday 1 November 2013 at 7.30pm. Entry is open to all financial members and non-members of the club. Entry tickets are generated when purchasing a glass or bottle ‘Wild Oats’ wine product. Entry is limited to one entry per person per day. Entry tickets must be placed in the promotional barrel for the chance to win. The prize consists of a trip for two (2) adults to Hamilton Island, Queensland, including four (4) nights’ accommodation at the Reef View Hotel, breakfast daily, Airport transfers to the Reef Hotel and access to the island shuttle service. Flights are not included. Booking conditions apply. Prize is subject to availability and is not available over restricted travel dates. All bookings must be made no later than 14 days prior to travel. Due to its popularity, Hamilton Island experiences high occupancy levels throughout the year, meaning that your preferred travel dates may not be available. Below is a list of dates not available for prize winner bookings: Christmas/New Year: 15 December 2012 - 28 January 2013 and 14 December 2013 – 5 January 2014, Race Week: 16 – 24 August 2013, School Holidays: 29 March – 28 April 2013, 22 June – 14 July 2013 and 21 September – 6 October 2013. Please note that dates are subject to change, and all other travel dates requested are subject to availability. Please ensure you check these dates before submitting your tentative booking form. Submitting a request for blackout dates will only delay the process of booking your prize. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The prize is valued at RRP $2,000 and is not transferable, available for sale or redeemable for cash. Authorised under NSW LTPS/13/05371.
