**WIN: DINNER AT THE GRACE FOR THE FLAVOURS OF MALAYSIAN FOOD FESTIVAL**There’s plenty to be grateful for about living in Sydney. We could wax lyrical about the beaches etc, but being the out-and-about people we are, it’s hard to go past Sydney’s outstanding culinary scene
We love that we can sample the best that so many cultures have to offer. And to get the best Malaysia has to offer, there’s the Flavours of Malaysia Food Festival, happening this month and next. Chefs are flown in from Kuala Lumpa to prepare the best this cuisine has to offer, so it’s about as authentic as you get in the heart of Sydney.
This year its all about Malaysia’s southern states. Guests will sample the far of Negeri Sembilan (who’s food traditionally includes chili padi, the world’s hottest chili), Melaka (most dishes are served with a unique peanut sauce), and Johor (everything from fish curry to noodles to rice cubes). There’s also plenty of Nyona specialties to savour, including the fresh, organic ulam salad.
