Terms and Conditions: These are the terms and conditions of participation in the Ultimate Fast & Furious Fan ('Competition').
The promoter of this Competition is Universal Pictures International Australasia Pty Ltd (ABN 44 122 951 099) of 3 Munn Street, Millers Point, Sydney NSW 2000 (”Universal”).
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Ultimate Fast & Furious Fan video competition. By participating in the Competition and uploading your video, you undertake to comply with and abide by these Rules and provide all information required. Universal may in its discretion refuse to award the prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Important Dates:
The competition runs and we will be accepting entries from 12:00am (midnight) AEDT on 8th November 2013 up until the 20th November 2013. Any entries received after 12:00am (midnight) AEDT on November 20th will not be considered for the prize.
To Enter:
• You must be an individual and not a company or organisation.
• Employees of Universal and the suppliers and agencies associated with this
Competition, and the immediate families of all such employees, are not eligible to
enter.
• You must be over 18 years of age.
• Entry into the Competition is free.
• You must be a citizen and/or resident of the Facebook Territory in which this
competition is being run. For the avoidance of doubt this territory is Australia
• Entrants can submit as many entries as they like, however all entries must be
unique.
Your Video:
i. Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party;
ii. be incomplete; or
iii. be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, insulting, threatening, obscene, inflammatory, offensive or otherwise contain content which, in the Universal’s sole discretion, is inappropriate or objectionable.
• You must record a short video of yourself explaining why you are the ultimate Fast and Furious Fan.
• Your video must not be no longer than 1 (one) minute.
• Any entries longer than 1 (one) minute will not be considered.
• To be eligible to win a prize in this Competition, an Entry must not:
• The Universal reserves the right to verify the validity of an Entry and to disqualify an Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry that does not, in the Universal’s sole discretion, comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Your video must be your own original creation - no copyrighted music, video, or images may be used in its production. Universal accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any copyright infringements.
• Your video must not infringe on any third party rights.
