This promotion is based on the following terms and information (“Terms”). Entry into this promotion and acceptance of a prize by the winner/s is deemed as acceptance of the Terms.
The promotion starts at 12.00AM AEDT on Wednesday 13 November 2013 and closes at 11.59PM AEDT on Saturday 21 December 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
The promotion is open to individuals who:
live in Australia;
hold an active Australian PayPal account in good standing (i.e. not restricted, or limited);
are 18 years or older; and

Prizes must be taken as offered. The prize or any unused portion of it is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any special offer.

Draws will be conducted electronically at MDSA, 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 at 2pm on each Weekly draw date listed in Clause 13. Winners will be notified via phone and email within 2 working days of the weekly prize draw dates. Winners will be published on the
www.paypal.com.au/happiness and in The Australian newspaper on 9 January 2014.
Subject to any laws, an unclaimed prize draw (“Unclaimed Draw”) will take place at MDSA, 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 at 2pm on 31 March 2013. The winner(s) of the Unclaimed Draw will be notified in writing and by telephone within 2 days of the Unclaimed Draw. The winner(s) name(s) will be published in The Australian newspaper on 8 April 2014.
Tax implications may arise from prize winnings. Please seek independent financial advice before you accept the prize.
The prize will be delivered to the nominated address of the prize winner. Delivery of the prize is valid to any state/territory in Australia. Once any prize has left PayPal’s premises, PayPal and its associated entities are not liable or responsible for any late, lost or misdirected mail (including but not limited to prizes).
PayPal is not responsible or liable for any prize or part of the prize damaged in transit in the delivery of their prize.
The winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the prize which are the entire responsibility of the winner. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
If, for any reason, the winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by PayPal, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
