You understand that you are providing your information to the administrators of this page and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used in accordance with the terms and conditions.
2. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes the entrants’ acceptance of these terms and conditions

Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of Experience Perth, Tourism WA, Accor and participating businesses are not eligible to enter.
4. The promotion commences at 2:50 PM WST on 11th November 2013
and closes at 5.00PM WST on 11 December 2013.5. To enter, participants must:
o Become and remain a fan of Experience Perth or The Sebel Mandurah on FACEBOOK for the duration of the competition in order to win the Prize;
o To become a fan of Experience Perth or The Sebel Mandurah, click on 'like' on the FACEBOOK page.
o Answer the question correctly to go in the running to win the prize
o A bonus entry will be rewarded if entrants of the Experience Perth Campaign application click through to The Sebel Mandurah after entering on the page where they will be able to enter a second time for a bonus chance.
6. Entries are limited to one per person on each of the Experience Perth and The Sebel Mandurah’s FACEBOOK. Any double entries will be removed from the prize draw excluding the clearly marked bonus entry.
7. There will be one winner chosen at random from the correct entries.
8. Judging will take place at 2 pm on 16 December 2013 at Suite 10, 4A Centro Ave Subiaco WA 6008.
9. All Judges decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
11. The winner will be contacted by phone or email on 17 December 2013.
12. A FACEBOOK post will be made on the Experience Perth FACEBOOK as well as The Sebel Mandurah pages with the winner’s first name and last initial only on 18 December 2013.

Experience Perth, The Sebel Mandurah, Accor and participating businesses will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with the promotion, the use of the prize or any act or omission of the promoter, the judges or their respective agents, employees or contractors.

15. All prizes are subject to availability and the individual terms and conditions imposed by each operator. Vouchers issued are valid for 6 months
16. Accommodation voucher is not available on New Years Eve, Public Holidays or any Event period as stipulated by the Hotel.
17. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
18. Vouchers must be presented for redemption.
19. If the prize is unclaimed 7 days after the first correspondence with the original winner their prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.
