Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
In these terms and conditions (except where a different interpretation is necessary in the context) the words and expressions set out below shall have the
following meanings:
Prize Win a years worth of fuel
A years worth is the equivalent to $50 over 52 weeks of the year.
To enter you must physically go into a Tasco Service Centre, fill out an entry form and place it in the box provided on site.
Entry Criteria As stated on the competition page and received by 31/11/2013 at 23:59hrs
End Date 30/11/2013 at 23:59hrs
Start Date 12/09/2013 at 00:01hrs
1. Tasco employees and their immediate family members are ineligible to win any prize or promtion conducted by Tasco Inland Pty Ltd.
2. The prize is equivalent to $50 per week over 52 weeks of the year, equating to $2,600 worth of Tasco Fuel, and shall be paid in a lump some no more than 28 days after the competition winner is notified.
3. The prize will be drawn at random under authorised supervision.
4. The winner and judges decision is final.
5. No arguments or discussion regarding the winner will be entered into.
6. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
7. Any unused fuel at the end of the 12 month period which has not been used will be forfeited by the winner.
8. The winner will be provided with a voucher that can be used at any Tasco Caltex Outlet listed under the “Locations” tab on the Tasco website.
9. The prize will be drawn on Tuesday 10th December 2013, at 9am AESDT.
10. The prize will be drawn at Tasco Inland Pty Ltd head office, 220 Tenth Street, Mildura 3500.
11. The promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the need arise. The payment of all costs and expenses involved in claiming a Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s). Any and all applicable taxes or duties in relation to the Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).
12. The Prize should be claimed by the relevant winner within 14 days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or the Prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. An unclaimed Prize may not be awarded. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
13. Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver by the promoter of that, or any other, right or remedy.
14. The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
15. The promoter shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize draw. The liability of the promoter shall be limited to the maximum amount permitted by law. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of the promoter’s negligence.
16. The promoter of the prize draw is solely responsible for the delivery and quality of the Prize. Tasco Inland Australia Pty Ltd trading as Tasco Petroleum accepts no responsibility for the delivery or quality of the products and services to be provided by the promoter.

9. Under government gambling laws and regulations any purchase that only has cigarettes on the docket can not be included in the competition.
· If a customer purchases just tobacco products and that is all that’s on the receipt, this docket CAN NOT be included in the competition
· If a customer purchases fuel, chips, drinks, gum etc PLUS tobacco products in the same transaction, the receipt CAN be included in the competition – (In this case the entry is allocated to the non-tobacco part of the transaction)
On the day of the draw, if an entry is drawn out of the barrel, and it only has tobacco products on it, it will be discarded & another entry redrawn.
