HOYTS KIOSK FREE WEDNESDAY PROMOTION
GENERAL
1. Information on the details of the “Hoyts Kiosk Monthly Free Wednesday” promotion form part of these terms & conditions. Participation in the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions.
2. The ‘Hoyts Kiosk Free Wednesday’ promotion provides for each registered user via the Hoyts Kiosk Website or Hoyts Kiosk’s Facebook page, one (1) overnight movie rental on Wednesday December 4, 2013 for no charge.
3. The Hoyts Kiosk Free Wednesday Promo Code is e-mailed to registered users on the Hoyts Kiosk website & posted on the Hoyts Kiosk Facebook Wall. The code is valid for December 4, 2013 only.
4. The free overnight rental movie is due back by 9pm the following day or the user may keep renting for an additional charge* per additional night. *Prices will vary per title.
5.The 'Hoyts Kiosk Free Wednesday' promotion ends December 4, 2013.
6. Hoyts Kiosk reserves the right to change or terminate the 'Hoyts Kiosk Free Wednesday' promotion at any time without notice.
PROMOTIONAL CODE VALUE / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
7. Promotion Code Value: The prize of a ‘Free movie Rental’ Promotional Code has the value (saving) of up to $3.50*. *Prices will vary per title
8. Promotional Codes Terms & Conditions
- Each Promo Code is valid once & can be redeemed at any Hoyts Kiosk operating in ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, TAS, SA, VIC & WA.
- Users must be able to provide a valid credit card upon transaction at the Hoyts Kiosk to redeem their Promotional Code.
- The user must enter the Promo Code by pressing the 'Enter Promo Code' button on the checkout screen PRIOR to swiping credit card.
- Users must return the movie before 9pm the day after it is rented or the user will be charged an additional rental for each additional night. * Prices will vary per title
- After 10 days, if a movie has not been returned, the user will be charged $35 and the movie is theirs to keep.
- Each individual Promotional Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offered by Hoyts Kiosk.
9. Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, cannot be taken for cash and are not valid with any other offer.
10. All prices stated are in Australian dollars & represent the recommended retail price (“RRP”) as well as include GST. All references to times and dates are to times and dates in Sydney, NSW Australia.
UNREASONABLE USE
11. It is unreasonable use of the Hoyts Kiosk Free Wednesday promotion, where your use of Hoyts Kiosk services on a Free Wednesday promotional day, is reasonably considered by Hoyts Kiosk to be fraudulent or to adversely affect the Hoyts Kiosk Network or other Hoyts Kiosk customers' use of or access to an Hoyts Kiosk Machine/Network.
INDEMNITY
12. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the Prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to the approval (if required by law) of any relevant government authority.
13. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for:
a. Any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise
b. Any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion;
c. Any incorrect or incomplete information that may be communicated in the course of the administering this Promotion.
