and ends 15th Dec 8.00pm. Melbourne time. This is a giveaway of skill; we will need to review all entries and therefore winners will be notified no later than 16th Dec 5.00pm, 2013 via phone/email/text. 3. Eligibility:

In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the giveaway, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
